Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is moderately relevant and fairly comprehensive, especially at the undergraduate (B.Tech) level. Teaching methods are mostly lecture-based, with limited modern tools like simulations

Placement Experience

3

The Placements at Lovely Professional University(LPU) are descent overall, especially for undergraduate program like B.Tech. But for for the Masters students the placements are not good, they focus on research work only.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 100000 yearly. I got schoalrsip of 55% Scholarship. I applied for LPUNEST and got a scholarship of 52%.Some of my batchmates got 50% schoalrship and some got 40% depends on the score of the lpunest.

Campus Life

3

My overall experience with campus life at LPU has been quite normal. The library is spacious and offers a wide ramge of textbooks, academic journals. Overall the campus provides enough opportunities to grow socially and academically.

Admission

I chose LPU because of its large campus, tech-enabled infrastructure, and most importantly, its focus on employability and placement training, which set it apart from the other colleges I considered.

Faculty

3

THis college is better for B.Tech courses or the courses of bachelors but for masters it is good for the students who are interested in research work only. Some of the faculties are good who have industrial experience.

Night Life

3

I have never stayed in hostel. I was staying outside in PG. The area around LPU is safe in Nanak Nagri and other areas I don't know. I have not explored that much as my focus was on studoies more. I will tell you to choose places like Nank-Nagri as this place is safe to stay.

Placement Experience:

if there are no backlogs student first gets a chance to be placed at a good company as an intern after 2 sem internship usually is for 3 & 4 sem. College makes sure you get a great company with high stipend and ppo offer also. after the internship completion either the student get placed at the same company or the placement drive also begins from 3 sem only where you can apply and get interviews with the organization

Placement Experience:

There is a placement and training cell in the university but the main task of that placement in training cell is to go for the internship of the students though the university also provides training in different fields for the students that includes some faculty training programs some UPSC exam preparation and some government exam preparations that makes the students ready for outer world but basically the main focus of the university is on the search as it is a research University not a placement based University after post graduation I plan to pursue research.

Course Curriculum Overview:

You will get many opportunities to furnish yourself as the faculty members are too supportive. You will get to know many conference on daily basis that can upheld your boost and make you morally supportive. Doing masters there would lack of strictness as they thought your are grown up, they considered you only for exams and other circulum activities. University should seriously take in action the role their teachers are playing as they sometimes bunk many classes. Exams are not that tough as you would require basic knowledge of your subject.
