The life and times at CUSAT

We have a comprehensive legal course with each semester having six subjects. Each law subject is taken by subject expert. Business subject are taken by specialist teachers from various departments. They help us out with internships and resources whenever needed.

As mentioned earlier internship cells have been working avidly in the campus and has been helping students find internshios in corporates and banks. Internships are also available on campus via the help of the individual departments.

The university has a very active placement cell that is active eyar round and helps studnets of all departments secure placements. The legal school in particular get a few placement opputunities especially from corporates and banks looking for legal counsel.

The fees can be paid on a per semester basis. The fees per semester is 48760 for students in the general category. For students from SC or ST categories the fees lies at around 30000. For students witha physical disability this can be lowered to almost 20000 per semester.

As mentioned earlier the campus has extensive infrastructure that is neede to bolster the life of every student The university has a library , an amenity centre , multiple grounds and many more facilities. This camous is a usual visiting spot for film crews for poromotional activities which are usually attended to by the students.

I got admitted into The National Forensic Sciences university in Gujarat which I got into by attending the CUET examination. I preferred studying LLB and that's why I chose this university over that one.

The faculty memebers of the School of The Legal Studies is experinced. Some of them even have served as professors is at National Law universities.They are always available if students need help with studies or resources.

There is a gym fcailtiy that can be availed at a small price by the students. there are two main cafeterias and multiple smaller stalls. The campus is open throughout the night and is very safe aqnd well lit. There is a lounge at the university library that opens till late at night that can also be used.
