Course Curriculum Overview

The college curriculum is good as it help me to understand the current economy of India. how inflation, bank rate work. What is the impact of tariff quotas on trade that I learned from international economic.

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

They provide majority the placement of sales department but I have no interest in that one so I will continue my studies with my ma in economics and then want a job as data analyst in a good company. Apart from it I want to do government job.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid fees semester wise in 1st semester I have paid 50000 and then 55000. Overall yearly I have paid 105000 yearly. In first year I have recieved schorlship based on my 12th class marks. There is no fees difference between different categories.

Campus Life

Every year the fest is organised during March that contains various activities but I have never taken a part in all these activities. There are interactive panels for your classroom studies. There are indoor and outdoor games as well in which I always choose indoor games

Admission

I have applied for DU during my admission but due to maths I am not able to take admission in DU in b.a (h) economics so I choose this university as it is not far away from my house and good in comparison with university present in gurgaon.

Faculty

Faculties help academically as well as personally too. There are 2 exam one is mid term and 2 is final exam 30 marks are for internal which includes marks for assignment class test attendance quiz class interaction.

Night Life

My favourite spot of this university is Nescafe or CCD . I have enjoyed with my friends over there mostly. There is gym also in college for hostel students. The campus start from 9 am to 4 pm . I usually reach university at time.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

finding a happy balance: peace and balance

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum was highly relavant to my academic and career interest which offers a strong balance between the theroatical concepts and real life implications. one of the key factors that influenced my decision to choose this course was that there are wide varity of subjects available to choose from which allowed to talor my learning according to my interest. But the time of exams are tough for us, but the two-month break actually gives us time to soothe the tiredness and actually make us want to come back to campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent average package is in the range of 3-5 LPA . Several companies come in campus for placement opportunities including big names like CVENT, TCS , Wipro etc . The placement are not so great but they provide a decent starting packages to fresher.

Faculty _many teachers are very helpful. All are well qualified and knowledgeable. Some of them have good teaching qualities, but some do not. Our college is not that good at giving practical knowledge. This course curriculum is relevant but does not make student industry ready. Semester exams are not very difficult to pass but are based on our studies. The past percentage is 33% minimum.

About my ongoing career

Course Curriculum Overview:

Its my dream course, so i took and i got in the greatest college. I was an average student at my schools, so i got to this college very easily on quota. I love the teaching methods as its a great hall with 70+ students sitting semi circle. As it is the pandemic situation, the classes are now online, there would me online classes scheduled every day. I had to have more marks in english in 12 and i had it. There were normal exams evey week, but it was tough enough.
