Course Curriculum Overview
I joined this college and CSE course as I found the subjects interesting The curriculum provides us with subjects and technical subjects mainly to improve our programming skills It ensures our enhancement of knowledge for real world applications the frequency and timings of exams are good as we have gap between each and every exam to learn well
Internships Opportunities
Stellaraa company had come for placements recently in our college for seniors and they were offered 20000 stipend and roles were in marketing and tech leader many other companies had also come for interviews like Microsoft Wipro and Infosys
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are eligible for placements and internship Microsoft Wipro infosys etc companies had visited highest package offered was 12 lakh and average package was 7-8 lakhs per annum in our college atleast 75% students got placed my plans after degree is to do a nice job in technical field with a good package and doing MBA in correspondence
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise i paid 107114 as the fees as I came through kcet seat general merit category.Extra miscellaneous fees was asked for about 8000 in 1st and 2nd year and as for 3rd year they asked us to pay 15050 for placement and other fees.Other classmates came through management and few came from kcet only but other castes.SSP scholarship can be applied and approximately 20000 scolarship was given
Campus Life
The college conducts sports day annual day college fest technical fest cultural events in various months all books related to subjects in the 4 years of BE will be available in our library it has a digital library also classrooms have smart TV's campus conducts sports classes every week and we can participate and enjoy any games
Admission
I had applied for coorg institute of technology but due to climatic conditions I couldn't go and I got confirmation from Dayanand Sagar University after writing scholarship exam but as I was waiting for neet and jee results so I couldn't join there admission process in my college is like you can join through kcet or management our college accepts only kcet exam cutoff according to my scheme was 75000 ranking
Faculty
The faculty and student relationship is very approachable we can ask doubts any time and teachers explain it very nicely and in a easy method We have 2 internals according to our scheme and finally the final exams 85% of students clear in the exam
Night Life
Canteens close by 5pm and digital library and public are closed by 4:30pm hostel timings are from morning 7 to 6:30 as after that they won't allow outside and college timings are from 9 to 4:30 outside the college there are many bakeries restaurants and chat corners which we can visit at walkable distance the locality is not so safe during night as the campus is in outskirts
