Course Curriculum Overview

4

The subjects influenced me to chose this course. They are vast but not too vast which makes them easier to understand. And apply in the practical world. It covers everything you need to know. The exams are not too frequent. The timings are fine.

Internships Opportunities

3

Companies like KPMG,HDFC BANK DELIOTTE,Tcs and nVent etc visit the companies. Roles offered:- Risk manager. Financial manager. Cost manager. Investment banker. Clearing cma exams with the required score. And clearing the interviews help you get the job.

Placement Experience

4

Students are eligible for campus placements in the start of 6th sem. Top recruiting companies for placements were- Deliotte, axis bank,KPMG,TCS etc. Highest PACK-7LPA Average Pack-4-7lpa 50-60%of students get placed. Planning to clear my cma exams and opt for a master's degree in finance.

Fees and Financial Aid

Bmaf+Cma(us) 1.The yearly fees that has to be paid is INR85000/- 2.It covers tution fees as well as CMA ENTRANCE FEE AND CMA REGISTRATION FEES. 3.It is affordable since under 85000,it covers tution fees and the registration fees/entrance fee as well where as it would have been costlier if opted otherwise. 4.It is a dual degree.

Campus Life

5

There are numerous opportunities available to participate in sports and extracurricular activites. Fests like Siesons,Advaita and courses have their own fests in the college. As well as associations like EDC,South indian Association,Marathi Society and others have their own festivals which provides chance to showcase talents. The library has variety of range of books and journals. The classrooms are well equipped with technology. Students also engage in social groups like blood donation camps and more .

Admission

Chose this college over the others because it feels safer here. No other colleges provided dual degrees. The faculty is known good for its teaching. The cultural activities are also known for its good. Got confirmed seat in hinduja but sies is cleaner whereas hinduja isnt. Sanitation is a top priority for girls,so didnt choose hinduja. Got rejected by mithibai college due to applying too late. Eligiblity criteria for admission is 12th pass from any board whereas cutoffs can be around 50-75%varying on the courses.

Faculty

4

There 2 semesters each year. We have professional educators teaching us. The college faculty who teaches us is very polite, friendly and helpful in all ways. They are approachable whenever it feels like there is a doubt or an issue. They have good teaching skills. The exams are moderate in level. The students failing in most exams are less in no. The faculty has made tough subject interesting and easy.

Night Life

5

Many hangout spots around the campus. Amphitheatre, tiger den, lawn area. Allows to play sports like badminton, Volleyball and cricket. the campus is crowded but not too much. There are good places to eat around. Canteen is also a hangout spot as usual.

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.
