Course Curriculum Overview

No the question papers are standard and easily good scoreble papers not so tuff and not so easy the time goes very fast only 2 hours exams ise mse ESE are conducted in month gaps If some one fails they wil get chance to rewrite

Internships Opportunities

There will be one sem completely dedicated to internship that is in third year the internship practise makes good for students and they get some idea about this is some how we are gonna work in future if someone disinterested find any college to do internship then the college itself provides office or work space to children to do their practice then lay is the very big plus point and positive point of my college

Placement Experience

They provide 100 percent placement with average package of 300000 to 500000 after the internship program at end of 3rd year. Which is very helpful because of internship it makes practise and with the help of inter view the impression will be good

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college the total fees of CSE is 1 lakh 27 thousand but for my reservation it turned into 73 thousand per year. Everyone has seperate fees structure as the reservation so this is the advantage of my college

Campus Life

Nice college good programs events and sports conducted every year and also each department has their own seperate sports and the rewards and awards given by college is good. Colllege also make college teams of different sports and take participate ins different college tournament

Admission

I have applied for 8 colleges but I got this college but got this college nothing happened but I got this college based on my marks for cet and board and now Ian happy with this college and proud of my marks

Faculty

Faculty are very friendly behaviour very nice always supports us always help as per our need per sem 3 exams ise as internal sem exam mse mid sem exam and ESE end sem exam and they are moderate level not so tuff

Night Life

No that much night life seriously only we can go to library and reading room till 12 am. No other facilities like gym that is the big problem our college should improve few more facilities like gym night canteen night sports ext

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

• My first priority was to get admission in KIT kolhapur as there campus is big and also teaching staff is good and also placement record is high but due to less marks in CET i have not get selected. After that college DY PATIL COLLEGE ENGINEERING is best for same reason but as KIT is old every student's first priority is KIT and after that DYP for same reason. • I have put first option of KIT but as it's merit is high i not get admission in that college. • Admission process is through CAP round as per merit . Some seats are reserved for Management quota students get admission from it also at low percentage. CAP students all government scholarship but students who get admission from Management quota not get any scholarship and have to pay full fees. Cut for CSE is above 90 for Open candidates. If you get admission through there is easy process just go and submit documents in college and secure admission by giving minimum fee of college and you will immediately get college ID card and dress code while admission process....Read More

I choose these college over other colleges because is it best of all . D Y Patil College of engineering and technology kolhapur have its own placement assistance and it is approved by NACC A+ and it is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur. Highest package offered on campus by companies is 64 LPA and minimum packages are 5-6 LPA . college have best placement over other colleges. All faculty is PhD faculty. And best labs for learning over other colleges doesn't have that much services. Course offered by my college are Computer science and Engineering Computer science and Engineering ( Data science) Computer science and Engineering ( AIML) Mechanical engineering Chemical engineering Civil engineering etc .
