- college campus is small but it have the facility required excluding ground
- college don't have hostel facility so you need to rent a Flat or PG
- college host numerous event, although many have been canceled in recent years

Our college have decent placments the Student are eligible for placement after 5th sem they can also do internship while informing the college. Last year highest package was around 26lpa and average salary is 4.6lpa. Many company visit campus like wipro, tata, nvidia, tcs, microsoft, etc . Around 60-70% student get placed

The annual tution fee of D.Y.Patil College of Engineering and Technology(DYPCET), Kolhapur is 1,15,000 (2023-27), amounting to approximately 4,60,000 for a 4-year course. Reserved category students (SC,ST,VT/DT,NT,SBC) are eligible for a 100% scholarship, while OBC, EWS and EBC avail of 50% fee waiver.

College really has some really good event like Arpan which is the annual fest of college all the events, sports and gathering happens in even sem. the college has big library where all the books are available and accessible for every student. classrooms have digital boards with high-speed wifi. college doesn't offer a sports environment as we think. all the clubs in college are working where you can get a chance to interact with other people
Admission
I only applied for this college as it was in my home town plus it is also very reputed college the student who are looking for good engineering college with decent college in kolhapur can go for this collge. The eligibility criteria is 45% in pcm for open and 40% for caste, you can get addmision through mhtcet and jee through cet counceling
Faculty
The faculty member at my college are highly qualified and acccessible, with many bringing industry experience into their teaching. the course structure balance lectures, practical and other electives. The exam system include (ISE1-10M, MSE-30, ISE2-10, ESE-50) with clear marking schemes to ensure fairness in grading
Night Life
Ther is no such nightlife in college as it is in teir 3 city but, college have 24/7 library where you can go for study all the store and hotels in near college colses near around at 11- 11:30 you can explore the places near the city like panhala, jyotiba , radhanagri dam, etc, or rankala, new palace , dyp city if you want in city
