Course Curriculum Overview

3

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. The college timing is about 7.30 am to 6.30 am which is nearly 11 hours of the college. This tough timing of the college will teach the real world experience about the food, friends and academic works and tour and the amount which spend in this college. I suggest that we want more practical knowledge in this course more than theory.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the general category is 20600 per semester. And there is first graduate scholarship is available for the students which is 4500 will reduce from the students. There is industrial quota which has the initial payment of 12lakhs and the NRI quota is about 2.5 lakhs per semester. There is another scholarship based the caste category.

Campus Life

4

Sangamithra which is held in December, it's a battle between four houses in the college. And the next Muthamizh vizha which is held in June July and it's a traditional function in our college where celebrity are come as chief guest and there is sports day and our department function Agronova. There are wide range of books in our college - books for the gate exam , upsc exam and tnpsc exam and ICAR and the tamil story books and tamil novels . This Library is the Asia 2nd library. There is free wifi connection all over the college which is more helpful for the students. There is many sports in this college which has separate coaches for every games. There is Ncc and Nss is also as one course for all the students in our college they must attend atleast 1 camp.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel rooms is not that much facilities for us. The room is enough for 2 members but they accommodate it is for 4 members. The registration is along with the college admission. The day scholars has to pay the hostel fee about 200 per month. There are many PG hostel nearby college which 6000 per month. The mess food is worse little bit and food is as normal as dosa, pongal, vada, idlis and upma for 3 days.

Admission

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu. The college fest and cultural are more in this college than other colleges and college timing is also more than other colleges.

Faculty

3

The faculty to students is 20:80. The faculty are well experienced and knowledge gaining professor. The professor are not as friendly with the students. Some professor is not teach well, they just read the ppt. There is 3 exam per semester. 1st mid semester which is MCQ type and which 20 marks and the practical exam is about 40 mark and final theory is about 40. The pass percentage is 60. 10:90 is fail to pass ratio in this college

Night Life

4

There is Race course which is nearby in our college that is awesome experience. And there is gyms and swimming pool and refreshments area and library where Students get relaxed. Hostel timing is 5.30 am to 9.00 pm . The botanical garden which more relaxed place in this college. It's much safe for us to roam at night in our college. We had enjoyed more here and also stress more here. After this college life , there is no struggle for us because there gives that much problem for us.
