Course Curriculum Overview

In our college, if you maintain more than 75% in the semester examination. You can complete your 8-semester paper before as fast track courses and you can go for an intern or job in 8 sem and exam structure will be three internals and one end semester examination.

Placement Experience

Placement of our college is like moderate this academic year. We had CTS L&T Infotech and much more IT companies.

College Events

TEXPERIA an inter-college technical symposium celebrated every year by all the departments. Allora cultural fest where you can redefine and showcase your talent. There are much more functions and events like guest lecture workshops events and many to go. We conduct camps like awareness camp.

Fees and Financial Aid

Sports quota scholarship for management quota students only, who are joining in August 2019. National Level Winner – Full Fee waiver except for Examination Fees. State Level Winner – 100 % Tuition Fees waiver. District level winner gets – 50% Tuition Fees.

Campus Life

Campus Life is so awesome that we have the freedom to wear jeans. We can use their phones in college but not in-class hours. They provide on duty to attend events workshops symposium. We can participate in sports as well. In our college, we have badminton shuttle court as well.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they help us a lot. They guide us always to help us getting placed in academics and they give contacts of their working place.

Faculty

They are well talented in their respective domain and we have doctorates, assistant professors, associate professors, professors who have completed their respective degree in reputed colleges and they have industrial experience as well.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
