ICFAI University Tripura

The aspects that influenced me to chose this course ,I have chosen this course because I love the law system our country, I want to serve more for my country. The curriculum prepares me as a way that I can express my thought. Improvement should be there in our course as it not provides us any court sessions. Exams are taken after two or three months, one can easily cleared the semester exams by consistent studies and very few students fail.

Related to our course that makes me motivate to choose is that through this we can understand how our society works and this help in day to day life and our course curriculum and teaching is totally good . Projects are important for getting jobs easily.

Students in their last year become eligible for campus placements and allowed . The placements of our university is good as the seniours of our college provides a good information about placements and there are good chances of getting respectable jobs oppurtunities. The highest package that offered is 10 LPA and average package is 4 LPA. Around 80 to 90% of the students got placements in our college.

the year wise fees that i paid was 64000 i have to pay rs extra 20000 as admission fees and 10000 as secruity which i will going to get after once my course end tution fee is rs 34000 my batchmate fees is also same . i applied for scholarship which may be i get

Tech festivals that are celebrated in our campus are NOVATOS which is celebrated for the first year students only as a welcome program and the other one is ICARIA which is one of the biggest fest in our state where many big celebraties are invited. Library in our campus is well stocked with valuable books for each and every course. Classrooms are big and can hold upto 100 students. No sports and extra curricular activities are offered on campus.

In the hostel rooms are good and you have to share the room with one roommate . They provide us a bed, a table, a chair, a cupboard, fan and light. Mess food is not good . The quality of the food was below average and , tastes below average , food quality is not as per the amount paid.

I did not apllied for any colleges, the only college that I applied is ICFAI and got confirmed here. I choose this college over the others as it provides good curriculum subjects and very well known in our state. I didn't get any rejection from any college, as I only applied for ICFAI and got confirmed there. Admission process of our college, the first thing was to register for the course you want to study and then have to come at the campus for further verifications of documents and fee payment.

The student to faculty ratio is 1: 60 in our class. The relation between students and faculty is very good , they are helpful in teaching and easily approachable. The faculty that I liked the most is Abdul Munim Choudhury as he provides good concepts in our contract subject. Exams in our college is too often . There are two internal exams per semester and one midterm and comprehensive or final exam.

The night life is average in our campus. There is one gym which is opened as new, and there are 4 canteeens which closes before 10 pm in night. No one is allowed roaming in the campus after 10 pm and no one is allowed to go out of the campus after 8 pm. Hostel timings are pre sheduled , there are specific time for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
