Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was good for me as it contains core subjects for good skills in coding and communication skills too. The curriculum was good but not the best for me, it prepares students for real world application. Some of the subjects are outdated.
Internships Opportunities
Companies that offered for internship are Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, HCL, Jio, Mahindra tech, etc. And provide a good stipend also. Projects make an important role for getting placements and internships so, making projects and posting in the profile.
Placement Experience
Students in their last year are allowed and eligible for campus placements. Companies that are visited are Amazon, TCS, HCL, Jio, Mahindra tech, and many other small companies. Highest package offered by a company is 10LPA and the average package offered is 4 LPA. Around 90? of students got placement in campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees paid for my course is 110000. Tuition fees for my course is 55000 for per semester, caution fees is 10000, registration fees is 500, admission fees is 20000 and development fees is 1500. My batchmates also having same fees. Scholarships are available for sc, st and obc students.
Campus Life
Tech festivals that are celebrated in our campus are NOVATOS well known as freshers welcome program and ICARIA which is one of the biggest fest in our state. Library is well stocked with valuable books. Classrooms can hold above 100 students. No sports and extra curriculum activities are offered on campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are at good condition where you have to share the room with a roommate. A bed, a table, a chair, cupboard, fan and light is provided in the hostel. Mess food was not good, tastes is below average food quality is not as per the fees paid. Registration for hostel have to apply at the time of admission.
Admission
I didn't have any choice because I failed in every exams what I have appeared after boards. But icfai university tripura gave me the chance to explore the academic career. Admission process in IFCAI is easy, first process is to fill the admission form online or offline at the campus. All students are eligible in the university for admission those got 40? or above in their higher secondary exam.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1: 76. The relation between students anf faculty was good, faculties are very approachable. Exams are very often in our college, internal exams are taken twice per semester , midterm and comprehensive exam are two main exams taken per semester. Exams are easy for students who studies consistent and very few are fail to clear exams.
Night Life
Gymnasium is available in our campus. More than 4 Canteens are there on campus and closes before 10 pm at night. No one is allowed roaming in the campus after 10 pm. Hostel timings and mess timings are scheduled there is a specific timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
