Course Curriculum Overview

The course covers fundamental concepts well but needs more industry-oriented topics Some subjects feel outdated and should be revised to match modern Technological advancement practical application. Exams are moderately difficult with fair grading and internal assessment playing a crucial role.

Placements start from final year with companies offering roles in IT , core engineering and management. The highest package is around 8 lakh while the average is 10 lakh .

The annual fee for bachelor of Engineering program vary based on admissions category General category tution fee rs 107391...development fee rs 16109 and other fees 3500 and student insurance rs 800 and for OBC rs 74105 per year with 50% tuition fee waiver and NT/VJ/DT/SBC category rs 20409 per year with full tution fee exemptions and SC/ST rs 4300 with full tution fee exemptions

Campus Life

The college offers good infrastructure including well equipped classrooms a library and sport facities various clubs and extra curriculam activities enhance student life. The ratio is manageable allowing for good interaction between student and teachers some departments have fewer faculty members making it difficult to get individual attention some professor are very helpful and always available for doubts exams are moderately difficult student who study regularly can clear them

Night Life

The nightlife around the college is decent,with some cafes and food stalls open late .Hostel timings may restrict movement,but students find ways to unwind through group studies games and casual hangouts .The area is generally safe making it comfortable for students to move around at night

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.
