Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum followed by the college of ou as it ks affiliated to osmania university. The Circullum which osmania gives is not god at all. It is so backward we can't compete in todays work culture in offices. The teaching method is good by the way

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 78000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees is 78000 which is taken yearly. The college has exam fees before sem end for send registration examination. There ks scholarship in the college for the minorities. Amount of scholarship is the 100% fee waiver for the tution fees

Campus Life

The campus life is good as they are many functions are their in college as hackton, food festival,fest etc.. The range of books are very good in the college library. The facilities and technology is also good in the college. Clubs are also their in college

Admission

I got selected this college in ts ecet by my rank. The other colleges i applied was not according to my rank. The admission process is depends upon two types one is convener quoata and management quoata.and convenyer quoata is again divided into two as ecet and eamcet

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio in 1:60 in class and 1:30 in labs. Tk sheik shawli,dr md rasool was the best faculty i ever studied under. The exams are 2 mid term and a sem examination. The mid term js conducted in the campus and the sem examination is conducted in the center

Night Life

The college doesn't have a hostel but there are many private hostels near to the college ghe night life is also good as they are many gyms, cafeteris, canteens, the locality is safe to roam around college

Placement Experience:

In the information technology branch of vasavi college there is 100% placement record which means atleast each student got 3.5LPA pakage and the average pakage is 9 to 10 LPA companies like cisco, oracle, google, flipkart, Deloitte,wipro and 50+ more companies and also tcs comes every year to hire people and the highest pakage is 52LPA and overall percentage of placements is 90%

Placements at Vasavi College of Engineering start from 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture visit. Highest package is about 15–20 LPA, average 4–6 LPA. Around 70–80% students get placed. I plan to improve skills and get a good technical role after graduation.

VCE: Talent meets Opportunity

Placement Experience:

I saw many of my seniors getting internships from their 4th semester itself. But they are not campus placements. They apply outside college and try. I think after 5th or 6th semester students are elligible tfor campus placements. I heard than 80+ companies visited our as we are considered to be one of the top colleges in telangana. ServiceNow, Oracle, Qualcomm these are the most visited. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, CISCO, VISA, Salesforce also visited. Still so many there i don't remember all of them. I heard that 90% to 95% students get placed. In 2024 42.6LPA was the highest package I don't remember the student name. My plans are simple. Get a high paid job, work for 2 to 3 years and do M.tech for better oppurtunities.

My honest review

Placement Experience:

I am not sure about the answer to this question but I think students are officially eligible to sit in the campus placements from 7th semester. A student must have a minimum of 7.5CGPA to get a chance to access the placement rounds. Oracle, google, tata, Infosys, service now and a lot more companies visited our campus. Highest package is around 50LPA which is on campus. And off campus it's around 1cr. The aversge package depends on the branch. My branch's average package is around 8 to 9 LPA I guess. Almost 90 percent of the students get placed here in vasavi
