Course Curriculum Overview

For now the curriculum doesn't prepare us hor any real world applications or further academic pursuits. There will be one mid exam and one semister exam for every 6 months. The difficulty is based on the subject.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are no free interships for now. There are paid interships but are not really worth it and the certificates aren't valuable. We can get interships from third year based on our knowledge and we can do projects in 3rd and 4th years

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is 2.5 lakhs including hostel fee. Tution fees 1.5 lakhs and admission fees is 10 thousand. North students fees is more than south students. It is affordable but not worth it. It is fine..

Campus Life

There will be very few to no fests held in the college and the fests held are also boring. Library is good and a lot of books are available. Sports and extracurricular activities offered in the campus are good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are good but the facilities are not really good. Menu is not that good and good is average. Registration process for hostel is easy and affordable. Food is not getting any better even after many complaints.

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

The exams accepted are jee mains and 12th state boards. You need to get 45% in 12 to get accepted in this college. Most students prefer to join in this college based on 12th board marks. Admission process is easy.

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is bad and faculty are not always approachable. There will be mids, internal and external practical exams and ent semister exams. A few students fail and can write supply after 1 semister.

Night Life

Gym is available but very crowded and not worth the fee. Hostel timings for girls is not satisfactory and there is no outing on weekdays. There are no hangout places or tourists places near the college.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

UIT college dehradun - BTECH course

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made by seeing the AI and ML scope for the btech students and most of the placement companies also want student with these specialised courses. The timing of exam are frequent every month sessional are conducted.

Life around Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.tech Cse course is good as I see that AI rises quickly in this generation which looks good for future. College must increase lab for more practical exercises in labs for better learning, Timings must ne atleast 2 to 3 hour's for better learning.

Overall good college according to fees

Placement Experience:

After completing second year means 4 th semester the students usually start to do the internship and usually the students from 5-6 semester become eligible for the campus placements , there are various companies that visited here like wipro, microsoft, hdfc , intallipat, etc . I don't know about the number of offers but the highest package offered here was 40 lakhs per annum.

Opinions of freshers for freshers

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum activites like Hackathon and Some more like quizes etc are very good as activites and i also love to take part in them and it also helps us to gain more knowledge but there are also activities like memathon or treassure hunt event etc .. etc i know these activities could be fun but these type of activities are way to common and high in college

Placement Experience:

Placements are not high in this college, but exceptions will be also there. Like there is on an average 4.5LPA as I researched in the websites and also ask in the admission cell. Which is not like satisfied for BTech Students.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. TCS -140 INFOSYS-62 CAPGEMINI -85 ETC. Highest package was around 42Lpa which was off campus and lowest package is 2.1Lpa . Over all placement percentage is 80% I just want a degree from this college and after that I'll get a good job for me even though i do not have very fluent English but still i know some how I'll do it.

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.
