Food review

The college is good in terms of academics focussing more in theory work including aasignments but not so good in non academic activities including sports, extra curricular activities. Overall the college is good.

I think the course curriculum is not good or upto the mark. This is becuase more weightage is given to theory and less to practical knowledge. Also the practical knowledge is ignored by the professors here. The exam is conducted every two semesters in a year. The semester has two unit tests for 20 marks covering 30% of syllabus(average is made of two unit tests) and one main university exam covering entire syllabus for 80 marks, making total 100 marks. The rest is practical based on term work, attendance, etc. mostly 25 marks.

For placements the college brings some companies like tcs, infosys, etc. The highest package that can be obtained is 6.8 lakhs per annum. Most of the students do not get into companies and roam personally to get jobs in different companies. No the college does not provide any internships. But they provide details about companies that provide intership where the stipend is zero or work for free for months to get a certificate for cv.

The college celebrates events like annual day, sports day, traditional day, teacher's day etc. Most of the festivals are holidays. On independence or republic day some students are called for flag hoisting.

I belong to open category so I donot get any liberty in fees. The average amount for open student is 95000 to 100000. For obc belonging to ebc, it is 60000 to 65000 while for sc and st it is 8000 to 12000 rs. Additional amount paid to the college for journals, committees, workshops , clearance forms and other charges. It is expensive in my experience.

The college provides scholarship to caste based students as described by government rules. According to this, the students of lower castes get cheques of 7000 rs to 45000 rs respectively to sc st and obc stidents by the government. The college does not provide any loan facilities.

Labs are old and the computers are outdated. The college does not have any campus, so you could on play sports that requires less space like box cricket, kho kho etc. The extra curricular activities take place only on annual day of college. Rest days are normal days. I can say this college is average in terms of lab, sports and extra curricular activities.

No there is no hostel available in college. I live in room that charges nearly 10000 per month including food near the college. I also opted private hostels near the college at it is almost same in rate as in private room.

Yes, they are good and supportive. The college has anti ragging campus as none of the senior students will rag you in the campus for sure. Seniors will even guide tou if you are struck in some problem.

On the basis of mh-cet marks. I got selected in this college. Later i filled demand draft to above named college with all the required documents. After entering all the details of previous exams, i completed my admission.

The college faculty is mixture of good and bad professors. While they have some rude professors while some of them are supportive in nature. Most of them lack teaching and practical knowledge. They care about your termwork like assignments and committees and attendance, rest doesnt matter.
