Likes

I liked how professors are keeping topic up to date
The college examination are strict and well conducted
The cordinator really care for her students and help students to fix their problems

Dislikes

The management dont usually care about students
They try to waste students time even in normal documents collect or distribution
They work behind HOD and eat students money

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose BCA because it focuses on IT field without specific background for science. The curriculum are well performed by academic teachers but it is not constant they change them through years. The exam are not that difficult and well conducted

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees is 1 lakh 40 thousand and increase 10k each year and the registration fees is 500rs and everything was included in 1.4lac fees and no scholarship provided for me and my friends got scholarship provided

Campus Life

Yes there are big big events feat like zuba, mirchi, and more where we can socialize with eachother. There are 2 library in my college building one is open and second is closed they both provid with large numbers of books. The technology they provide in classes are all Electric board with projector

Admission

The bca course are not a well known option for majority college and the location wise I thought somaiya would better. No I didn't get rejected by other but the distance from my home and college are vast thats why i choose my current college

Faculty

The faculty is really worst in case of relationship with students they really dont care and mostly run like government staff even if they took their branch out of Mumbai University. If the student give his/her paper for rechecking they charge mobey for that and if the student dont provide it then they will deduct the marks

Night Life

Yes my campus has all the facilities like gym , lab, medicine lab but no public area for outside people only students and faculty use this facilities and they also provide in campus hostel where students from abroad can stay and study

Typically in the TY i.e from 6 sem college provide placement but with the some criteria, but i felt that for BCA there is no placement, just for name purpose The college does not good provide I.V. we have visited once for I.V (industrial visit) that i felt that is picnic more instead of industrial visit so over all this is also only for name purpose

Soumya Vidyavidhyar is Superfluous!!
