I really like the facilities here. We jave college bus for pick up and drop. Then we have E library.
Palcement rate is high. We have quality services with independent website as well.
Curriculum is industry ready and helpful

Dislikes

I really don't like the infrastructure which is still under development.
Engagement inside campus is more of a personal based.
I really want new comers to showcase talent

Course Curriculum Overview

My curticulum makes me industry ready. I don't feel there is any need of any sort of changes. The frequency of timings is fixed as from 9 to 5 corporate job. Exams are bit difgicult but achievable to 9 pointer

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 45400 per year

Placement Experience

Placement rate is almpst 90%. L&T Accenture TCS Google Amazon are the lead recruiters . Delloite gave the best offer last season with 17.5LPA. MY Plans are to preapre for Govt job. From 3rd year itsrlf students prepare for placements via seminars and internships

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees is Rs 45400. Out of this Rs 10000 is OJEE seat acceptance fees. The rest is Admission registration for OUTR. On an average Rs 40000 is per semester fees. My batchmates also share the same fees as they also have category reservations

Campus Life

XTASY ENGINEERS CUP PERCEPTION ZAIRZEST etc are the main events. Musical nights are held on daily basis. Then we have musical bands , dance groups, sports clubs tech clubs. I am part of football club. We have high speed wifi and elibrary as well

Admission

The admission process is simple . Appear JEE . Score a better rank like near to 3 Lac then apply for seat allocation im OJEE . I apploed for IGIT Sarang and VSSUT Burla as well. But liked this seat with branch as it got in the 1st round itself

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:16 . Teachers are cooperative supportive and understanding. I really like Biswajit sir and Abhoshek sir. They both are really involoving and encouraging teachers. There are in total 2 end sems and 2 midsems with moderate to hard difficulty level

Night Life

No gyms are there. Only inside hostels. Cafeteria has the best bread omlette and lassi. We have various restros. My favorites are Odia chef and OUTR canteen. Hangout places ate Kahogali or Ghatikia food cpurt or OUTR giri or Jaydev Vatika etc

Placement Experience:

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

This university has a higher rate in providing placement to the students.approximate eighty percentage of students getting campus.i had also got a campus in my final year.From the forth semester students gets a chance to sit in a campus test .There are lots of national and international companies visited to this university they give a lot of offer to the students.The average offer package by the companies are three lakhs a year.

Best option if u r not getting a seat in nits or iiits..

I gave SET for Symbiosis Pune and viteee..I was getting a seat in symbiosis Pune in cse branch.. However at the same time I also got a seat in cse branch in OUTR BBSR (earlier CET BBSR)..Since the later is government college with good ROI I chose CET BBSR..
