- Classes held in a very proper manner.Every student get the chance to talk with facality for clearing doubts.
- Cleanliness is maintained very well, dustbins are alloted in each corner.
- CCTV is installed every where,so their is less chances of steeling.
Dislikes
- Food of mess/ canteen is not so good, and the price of extra food items of the canteen was also very high.
- Their is no single aloted room, in the hostel for students.
- Everyday we have to go for classes, if we have attendence % little less than 75,then we get not allowed to appear exams.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course that I choiced to study is BA,LLB(hons.),I like the study of legal things alot for that I think it is the right subject for me to persue. However the thing which I want to advice the ICFAI University is that, it will be very good if you teach us how to behave, what to do, and what are the processings that a judge or advocate or any other legal officer can perferom
Placement Experience
The faculty that we have is so nice, approximately all of them are phd holders. Full attention is paid for each students by teachers for understanding and clearing all topics. One thing, I have to say is that, the university (BA,LLB(Hons.) course) makes maximum student industry ready.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am in the ICFAI University Tripura, after taking admission in that university I observed its large owned area, It is a beautifly university/ campus.Their are lots of beautiful small gardens inside our campus, a free gym is also constructed inside, 3 or 4 badminton courts are there, there is also a big common ground which is used to paly- cricket,football, kho-kho,kabbadi etc.The course which I am persuing is BA,LLB Hons., the yearly payment is 64,000 yealy which is to be made, I am staying in hostel so for hostel I have to pay 60,000 yearly.The campus provide many stifen programmes for ST's,OBC's.The registration fees is also very minimum.Caution charge is something like 4,000, and accidental and hospital charge is 2,000. My friend who choiced to persue other courses, are paying 75,000 or 60,000 yearly. The classes were done in a very proper manner that maximum students donot perfer to go for any tutions. Their is a very beautiful laibriry,which provides many informative books regarding to all subjects,topics.
Campus Life
Thw buliding of ICFAI are very nicely constructed.ICFAI also provides inter college sports coaching. It also organizes cricket matches,football matches,and also organises many other indoor games. Inshort maximum students of ICFAI are happy with the fests celebration,sports coaings,studins and all.
Admission
This college is very big, and have many courses to study, it provides ragging free campus, the yearly charges are also very less in compare with other private universities / colleges. Inside the college their are many fast food shpops also so we donot need to go outside for taking fastgoods.
Faculty
The maximum faculty members who teach us,are Phd holders. They put their 100% effort for making us understand. BA,LLB(hons)- The course is integrated.After 3rd year we haveto select anyone item to study(i.e, Civil law or criminal law). The exam system and marking scheme is very simple, that a student can easily pass it,even if he do a little bit of study.
Interview Experience
No their is no group discussion or written test exams for taking the admission, tge admission process was very smooth. Only ssc+2 certificate and a good %,and the fees is needed to get the admission.Tge admission process is so easy.
Night Life
A new gym was construted inside the campus,which provides approximately all gym equipments. Beside this the night time in and outside the campus is very good, the surroundings of ICFAI University is so friendly.
