Course Curriculum Overview

3

Most subjects are relevant after 3rd semester because they start teaching you things that are gonna be helpful in real-world They are good at what they are doing but they shouldn't change faculties often and stick to few

Fees and Financial Aid

The year-wise fee i paid is over 2,50,000 rupees and at the time of registration and admission I had to pay 80,000 but there are scholarships available depending on the jee percentile,12th percentage, domicile and merit upto 100% on tuition fee.

Campus Life

3

There are not many clubs and most of the groups are loud and annoying. There's only one club called zenith which is trying to make stuff fun. There's no sports club or facility for sports. No competitions within college or different universities.

Admission

I chose this college because it was close to where I live and I won't have to take hostel or pg Most colleges asked for jee percentile and I unfortunately didn't sit in that exam so this college didn't ask for jee percentile and gave me admission without that.

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio is good but the relationship between students and faculty is not so good as there is very less connectivity. I like sherry verma ma'am because she's very considerate and try to push her students and always harsh with the truth. I don't like karthikeya sir because he got ego issues and anger issues and always tryna pick on students. They have started open book exams which sucks,it's not fair competition because some people can't afford all the books so most people don't have book but some do and they won't let anyone borrow book from libraries for exam. So students with books have cheats in their hands

Interview Experience

3

I had an interview before getting an admission. She jus checked my communication skills and asked me what's the reason for choosing sushant university. It was virtual interview conducted by one of the faculty.

Night Life

3

My favourite hangout spot is in turf where we play football and hangout with friends and have our lunch. But other than that there's a very good spot for chole kulche about 300 metres from college and a veg biryani stall too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the curriculum 7/10. It prepared the students with the theoritical aspects but lacked to prepare them for the practical knowledge. It can be improved by focussing more on practical examination. Each semester there were 3 exams, out of which two were sessionals and one was main exam. The exam difficulty level was moderate but the marking was strict.

Placement Experience:

placements at my college are decent but not extremely high like top engineering institutes. College has a placement cell that workds to connect student swith companies and prepeare them for the recruitment process. They orgarnize activities such as resume-building workshopsm aptituted training, mock interviews, soft-skills sessions to help students become more confidebt before palcements. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester of B.tech program. During this time, companies start visiting the campus for recruitment drives and placement interviews. before that student are encouraged to complete internships and improve their technical skills so they better prepared when placement season starts. some of the companies that have visited the campus in recent years include companies from the IT and service sector such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and a few smaller software and startup companies. These companies mainly hire students for roles like software developer, system engineer, technical support engineer, and trainee engineer. the highest package offered in recent year has been around 6-8 LPA, usually offered by a good tech company or startup. Average package is around 3-4 LPA. while the package are not extremely high, they still provide a good starting point for fresh graduates entering the IT industry. In terms of placement percentage around 30-40% of students who actively participate in placements manag to get placed through campus drives. some students also prefer to apply for jobs off-campus which can sometimes lead to better oppportunities depending on their skills and projects.

Placemts over here are okayish i would say , but the thing is that mostly govt exam aspirants come here so that they can study peacefully without thinking much about attendance an all , there are few clubs for tech enthusiast as well , and you will eventually know students who are into coding and stuff because they are very few . 7-8 Companies are visiting during this recession time , mostly service based , With the avg package of 5 lpa .
