Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 275000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I scored 93 percentile in aeee so I got an scholarship If the student either male or female got above eighty percentile they too can get scholarship As I'm slab two my tution fee is 2.75 lakhs For slab 3 people it's about 4 lakhs

Campus Life

There are many clubs in Amrita university We can join any club to build skills Even I wanted to join a club but there no time for to give my time to clubs I got many works to be solved in my room But there are many people who joined clubs

Admission

I wanted to join in Manipal University but I got almost none thousand rank so I didn't get admission in Manipal University Manipal Although I got admission in banglore i didn't liked the campus in Bangalore

Faculty

As faculty is very friendly with everyone so that we can share ideas even with main faculty They were very friendly They will encourage us to join in clubs To give seminars even They even encourage us in culturals

Interview Experience

The campus is the best thing for every student it can change every students hectic mood I was an MPC student I attempted aeee exam i scored 93 percentile Many of my friends was non scholarship students they are paying 6 lakhs

Night Life

There is a beach near hostel It's about two hundred metres from hostel Our hostel is at ashram Beach is very beautiful We can visit evenings at the beach It can change our hectic mood Even me and my friends visits the beach daily

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.

Basically like everyone I also gave JEE but didnt manage to land a NIT or an IIT. After that among private colleges amrita seemed the best choice for me. Based on the ROI for me it atleast looked best option. AEEE rank cutoff for cse(ai) in slab 2 for all india is at 3.5k rank. Whereas for the first slab its 1.5k and 7k for third slab. I applied for VIT also but didnt go there despite securing a seat because of the huge crowd there. For jee mains cutoff for slab2 is 95-97 %ile whereas for first slab it is 98+ and for 3rd slab its clearing the cutoff basically....Read More
