Course Curriculum Overview

3

We have different coding languages inn different semesters the end sem and mid term are hard but the viva quizes are moderate to easy the easy scoring part is submissions of labsheets and assignments I don't think there is anything to improve

Internships Opportunities

4

My cillege provides various internship opportunities in collaboration with reputed it companies like micrisoft any many other Interns work in real life projects gaining hand in experience IT students contribute ti software development web desing and AI based projects

Fees and Financial Aid

To get admission into the college there are 2 ways 1 through AEEE by Amrita or by JEE Mains.I am not aware of other scholarships. There are 4 slabs if you get selected for the first slab you need to pay 1,90,000,2nd slab 2,75,000,3rd slab 4,00,000 and the last non scholarship category 6,00,000 for people in slab1,2 and 3 there fee would maintain the same if they get good cgpa there would be different cutoff for different slabs.Hostel fee is very less 85,000 there are 3 sharing and 4 sharing rooms both are at same price and there would be no ac and non veg served.

Campus Life

3

My college lift is a vibrant mix of studidies and tech groups and of course some events. It is fun and joy campus there are sports facilities and a small swimming pool it has all the good amenities it also has a multifest called vidyut it is a very large and grand fest

Hostel Facilities

2

You will get attached washroom there are 3 sharing and 4 sharing eooms you have clean your rooms and washrooms there would be not cleaning help no laundry service there are external services food is very average no spice you should comprise with food for sure

Admission

I have attempted a few entrance exams I haven't got expected marks and seat in the vest city so amrita was my only option left. You shoukd have 65% in MPC subjects in boards and there is even non scholarship category

Faculty

4

70 internals and 30 external in that 70 they will add mid term exam marks quizzes class tests and laab sheets.I would say it is a very relevant circulum except for ADM but it is a compulsory one from IKS.overall I would say course ciculum is good

Night Life

1

For girls there is no night life after 5:30 they won't be allowed inti hostel but if they are in any clubs or extara asses library then they need to get a stayback for boys they can stay upto 9:00 outside there is a beach very close to the campus but we can't go near it but we can go without getting noticed by faculty there are many places to hangout but for girls there is no time

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
