Course Curriculum Overview

4

curriculum is easy and well revised. It gives you full knowledge of the basics. It also gives you all the knwoledge you require to start excelling in particular subject. However, it doesn't prepare you for the real world applications and you have to study by yourself if you want to go deeper in a particular subject. It can be improved if the curriculum focuses more on practical aspects rather than theoritical aspects.

Internships Opportunities

4

internship opportunities are not much available but it also depends from student to student if they are able o grab the internships or not. Companies like Microsoft Azure, IBM, Ministry of micro, small and medium enterprise provieds internships with average stipend of Rs. 10,000.

Placement Experience

4

Campus placement starts from 7th semester. Many companies come for placements like LAVA, AIRTEL, INFOSYS, etc. Average package is of 7.5 lpa and highest package for year 2024 was of 32.5 lpa. My plans is to try and take on campus placement in a reputed company and even if I don't get on campus placement I'll also apply off campus for a better package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Tuition fee for my batch is Rs. 2,50,000 however it is increased for later batches. Registeration fees is Rs. 15000, sports and library charges are Rs. 6000 per year and special charges which include personality development charges are Rs. 10,000 per year and a security deposit of Rs. 10,000(one time) which is refundable at the end of the course. Scholarships are available on the basis of your 12th class percentage or your score in the admission test. you can get upto 75 % scholarship for fisrt year and after that the scholarship depends on your cgpa

Admission

I applied for the Government colleges and gave JEE exam but i couldn't prepare well and couldn't clear the exam so i started looking for private universities for engineering and i chose this university over others due to many reasons such as the affordability of the course, campus life, infrastructure, facilties and quality of labs. I didn't make it to government colleges because my JEE score was very low as i wasn't able to prepare well for the exam. the admission process is by giving the entarnce exam of the university. For B.Tech you need Atleast 75% in PCM in 12th class. you also get scholarship with this exam. However you can still get admission even if you score is low as it is scholarship examination but it is mandatory for further admission process. to freeze your seat Rs. 15000 registeration fees has to be paid. After that you get further with the admission process.

Faculty

4

Faculties are well qualified, well experienced and helpful in nature. Most of them are from IITs and NITs. They are very professional. Faculties are always approachable and ready to clear any doubts of the students. Some faculties are very strict but most of them are approachable. There are 2 internal exams and 1 external exam. Difficulty level of exam is medium to hard. The course curriculum are well defined and revised. Curriculum is easy however difficulty level varies from subject to subject. Overall it is easy.

Night Life

4

Hostels have fitness studios. Library closes at 5 pm. Favorite hangout spots for students is Bunny's kitchen and cafe Riana inside the college campus only. Hostel in timings is 10 pm. And for outside the college, college id only 30 mins away from Murthal. But it's not safe to roam outside the university at night.

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
