BA LLB is indeed the finest course in the field of law which allows you to study different aspects of Arts such as history, political science, economics and simultaneously educates you about law is well. The course tends to educates student to ponder upon different aspects of society in order to understand the need and importance of law in the society with the actual practical implementation of it. The subjects like economics history and political science allows 1 to get the real picture of society weather in the ancient medieval or contemporary world. It allows you to understand revolution of law which enables a student to understand it more efficiently and through this one can take the maximum benefit in advantage of the course. Altho they are shall be some changes with respect to the curriculum that is being used and followed today as there is a scope of improvement. Firm like karanjawala and company, Fox Mandal and Associates ,Singhania and Company, Bharatpe, Khurana and Khurana. Internship opportunities at District Court High Court supreme court different tribunals National commissions renowned and established advocates and even judicial internships along with High Court Judges is being provided by the college. Every single internship tend to teach different aspects of legal journey to a student. The working culture is inculcated in a students lifestyle .they get to learn a lot by train professionals

Placement Experience

4

The students are eligible for the placement from the final year itself. The students are getting opportunities from renowned firms companies and renowned advocates within their firms is well. The number of placement is nearly 100% as most of the students opt out from Placement in order to prepare for Judiciary examination or to get admission for the LLM program. The campus placement drives also includes a mock trial for the students to appear in the placements so that the student could understand and work upon the places of his deficiency. The average package provided by the college is nearly 6 to 7 LPA. The highest package has been of nearly 12 to 13 lpa. Students including me often try to get admission for LLM program or they try to give the Judiciary examination and other government judicial examination rather than opting for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee for the BA LLB program is 1.5 Lakh where scolership criteria could be seen for marginalized groups. The Admission fee is mere 1.5k for every session. Registration fee, which is one time payment is of 15k. The government scolerships that are been provided for the maginalized groups such as SC/ST and OBC could be availed, provided that such scolership shall come in the ambit of college. The college also provides and opportunity for all the students by their scholarship test so that student could get significant scholarships while getting into the college.

Campus Life

4

The annual flagship law fest that is lex Bonanza is organised every year in winters where students from multiple colleges and Universities are invited across the globe. Apart from it in every month college organisation an event for the growth of students. The library contains more than 13000 books along with every single Law Journal possible offline or online. Overall experience is great as the crowd is very friendly and indeed a great competitive crowd. All the classrooms are equipped with the projector and digital classrooms with air conditioning facilities. The sports activities are not as good but still the facilities for volleyball basketball is very good while facilities for cricket and football is comparatively not good. There is a very good club and Society culture within the college where there are 6 clubs and 6 societies focusing on different aspects of professional as well as personal growth of an individual where a student can be a part of it by contesting in the election. The club society's are run by students where they with the collaborative efforts of faculties and Institute organisation multiple events.

Admission

I have applied for BHU faculty of law and I was able to clear the cut off of CUET but because of Limited seeds and a significant amount of candidates I was unable to secure a seat. The faculty of law is having very limited seats in Ba LLB program while there is a significant number of seats that are reserved. Through CUET I have confirmed School of Law DAVV as well but there was comparatively less exposure and opportunities that are being given to the students. The curriculum of DAVV and iil is similar however iil is able to give sufficient platform for student to get the exposure that is needed in the field of law such as providing good internships and placement with good competition. The opportunities in DAVV was very limited as there were no Such events and competitions competitions in the field of law were being organised by the sol itself. The admission process here is very flexible as it allows the students who has completed their class 12th or even if their dropper to get admission to iil. They even provides an opportunity to the students via there Scholarship exam to get a significant amount of scholarship in order to get the admission into the college. The admission process includes feeling of registration form admission form admission fees and documentation. The documentation process and the counselling process is very feasible and easy. It takes not more than an hour couple to get the documentation done without any stress. The registration process does not take more than 10 minutes and it is very convenient for a person residing outside the city to get in the college and to fulfill all the criteria to get the admission. The faculty members are very helpful during the admission process and the guide what to do in case of any deficiency of documents or in case of any deficiency from the students side. The overall admission experience is very simple and convenient.

Faculty

5

The faculties are highly qualified and indeed very knowledgeable. The faculties are post graduate, NET qualified and either faculties are doctorate holders or are pursuing PHD. They are very helpful in order to provide quality education and insides of this tangled field of law. They share their experiences and promote healthy educational and competitive culture within the college. The duty to bridge law with the practicle world is effortless pulled by them. Hunger for intreguing debates, discussions, researches and news is being induced by students by the faculties. Provide sufficient networking opportunities guides the students to get in good internships. There is a healthy student teacher relation within the college. The faculty tries to initiates new modes of competion to provide an opportunity to the students to participate in multiple competions to compete nationally and internationally. The faculties are either educated from NLUs, central Universities or reputed and renowned educations institutes or universities. Individual Student monitoring by the faculties is excellent where they keep an eye on each student and their progress. They work with incredible dedication and are available to help students at any point of time.

Night Life

1

The college is having a canteen where students can have different varieties of snacks and food. Although are no other opportunities within the college campus as there are no other hangout spots within the campus. Gym is nearly a couple of kilometres from the college. The hostel facilities has been provided for both boys and girls where there is nearly an accommodation of 300 to 400 students in each hostel. The best facilities has been provided for the college students. The nightlife of college does not exist as the students within the hostel are requested to move to their respective rooms by 9 in the night. There are no hangout spots that are close to college but there are few waterfalls and tourist spots that is nearly 10 km away from college. The locality is not safe to Rome at night as it is far from city in Suburban area and there is usually no traffic and people roaming around after 9 or 10 in the night.

Only the law chambers advocates and Bhopal High Court top lawyers are the ones who provide us Internships as well as jobs. Most students have secured pre placement offer from them and that is how the placements of JLU School of Law are. Good to see that placements in recent past have increased and now law students are offered 40-50k starting salary offers.

I want to pursue LLM and that is my plan and also to ensure that I get it NLSIU or NLU Delhi. Our university placements are good but for law as for us there are hardly any placements. From our department only 20-30% students get placed as of now but hopefully this will be better in years to come.

Some corporate which are anyways at the campus for hiring students of other streams like the TCS, HUL, Nestle and others are the one who offers us corporate law opportunity with their organization. Initially the lawyers are the least paid employees and therefore placements aren't as significant.
