Likes

I liked the teaching as they clears our doubts.
The regularity of teachers in taking lectures
I like our campus environment as it's naturally structured

Dislikes

More no. Of events during exam times are hectic
Students don't value teachers and their time
Teachers need to be active too while teaching and not just study and should interact with everyone

Course Curriculum Overview

As of now everything is going good. Our some teachers and helping us know how to tackle situations and also how to handle pressure situation. The only improvement is needed is that there should be some classes where both teacher and student can talk freely

About intership opportunities yes our college does make events to tell us about it and some of the internships are provided to us too. But mostly the students prefer doing internship of their own choices

Placement Experience

I can see my seniors having college placements and telling there experience to us so ig College placements are going far better good. And yes our college does help us in college placements. Also we do have back-up plan if we don't get college placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly the fee structure is different as additional events occurs and also about scholarship details idk noone informed it to us it's just us who have to visit them time to time. But overall I guess it's good.

Campus Life

I'm a quiet student but by far I've made good friends and I enjoy my college life with them. Also we've taken parts in one of the events happening in our college. I've not taken part in any of the club's cause I'm more involved in studies

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel mess food is good but not that better. But one thing I liked about it is they change the timetable for food time to time. Also our hostel is cleaned daily. And about room is cleaned once a week

Admission

I choosed this college cause of my friend. My original plan was to choose a different college in my state but plans didn't go accordingly and I had to choose this one. I did got rejection in one college too that made me choose this one. And by far ig it's good decision

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:2. Which indicates that maybe less interaction is happening between them. Students don't interact freely with the facilities and ig some facilities don't give proper attention to everyone present in class.

Night Life

I stay in college campus hostel. It's quite at night. Our cafeterias are usually filled during lunch times. As of our hostel gym we've a female gym trainer and they take gym session in morning and in evening.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Structured Semester System The curriculum is well-organized across 8 semesters with gradual difficulties. Ensures standardized syllabus according to industry relevant. They take exam frequently.

Course and curriculum we followed was of RGPV (Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya) which is outdated and was not in relevance with nowadays advanced technologies which was a demerit of this college.

Placement Experience:

Sunstone is planning placement for us as they promised a lest placement of 4lpa or more from the extra courses they are running and training is and also provides chances to sit in multiple interviews of companies. Companies like appzeto , even digit, Lancesoft many students git placement of 7lpa. After degree if I can get placement from sunstone sage I will get it or try to crack off campus placement.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Deom semester 2 students can avail for internship and from semester 4 students can avial for placements There are several companies like accentire, Infosys, tcs, learn flu, pcs pvt ltd, advikait, internslite, blucurcursor, rackbank etc It make about 280 offers The highest package is 11 lpa and average is 4 lpa 70 percent students get placed

Good but not Bad

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester student can apply for internships and for placement student should be in 5th semester of his or her college life. There's very difficulties in getting placed by the company because few of the company comes to college and very fewer gets placed. So student must develop the skills on their own and apply for off campus selection. More than 8.5 cgpa for average package and more than 9 cgpa is required for a good company... I'm planning to give upsc exams after graduation

Placement Experience:

Not much helpful in terms of placements.not very big MNC companies visit there and average packages are not much high the faculty will not guide you about placements you have to prepare on your own and apply for offline placements.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th or 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. there are too many it companies visited here like TCS Infosys etc. The highest package in this college is 8lpa. From my point of view, this college is not suitable for good campus placement.

Nice college

Remarks:

College have about 8500 student in the campus in different section of UG/PG COURSES no. Of boys bs girls are approximate equal. College start from 8 am and ends up at 2 pm with two breaks between them. Different sports are also carried out like swimming,horse riding, cricket,volleyball,football etc.

Choosing a college is a major decision, and for many students OIST Bhopal, the choice often comes down to abalance between legacy, regional repution, and practical constraints. Students typically compare OIST with other top private colleges in Madhya Pradesh such as LNCT or VIT Bhopal. My rank falls in the 1.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh range, OIST becomes a primary choice. It offers the same RGPV degree as the government colleges but with a more structured trainig program for private placements. The admission process is centralized and follows the guidelines of the Directorate of Technicial Education(DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Qualifying exams: 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics(PCM). OIST Bhopal is an outstanding institute!

Admission are through 12th socre and entrance scores too matters. In 12th for General Category students 60% is mandatory and for OBC a minimum of 50% and for SC/ST students it's 50%. Post which as per the seats the cut-offs are announced and final admission happens....Read More
