What Students Say

Likes

Some how i like only some faculty and it is near by distance only from my home
And i like small part of canteen also which is not good at all

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not good and buildings also
And the college os very small in place which have only 2 buildings only

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i took is CSE ( computer science engineering) which was my favourite and decided to take it . The frequency and timing of exam are weekly once which are week unit tests which are 20 marks only and the difficulty level is normal not too much difficult

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah i am paying fees year wise my by around 120000 rupees which includes all fees like Tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges thats all

Campus Life

The names of the annual and technical festivals, along with the months they are typically held once a month that is also rarely.The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library are very old book.

Admission

I have applied to SRM college in Chennai in which i cracked the exam also but from the personal and financial reasons i should take this college which i don't like at all.The process of admission is very simple in which we should pass our inter exams or 12th board exam with nice marks and pay fees and donation and get the seat thats all

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is very large ehich means the ratio is around 1:30-40 . I like only some faculty that to only by their behaviour and teaching skills which are good and the some of the teachers are very strict some are friendly too

Night Life

Their are nothing extra places like gym, cafeteria,and public place to roam are chill out the campus is very very small and their is no college hostel available their are only private hostels only . And the campus don't have proper parking place also

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 2nd semester onwards, all the students are eligible for the palcements except those who have more than 2 backlogs. The companies like COGNIZANT, AMAZON , POLTECH, IBM,SWIGGY ,etc many MNC comanies are also visited. The highest package as of my knowledge is 32lpa and the average package is 10lpa. 75% of the students get placed in the campus drives. And finally my plan is to get placed in the campus drives with good package.

NIT Warangal - A dream college

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

Pros and cons of nitw

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students are getting ppo , it's obvious because of nirf of nitw and top placements are here only. Around 80 percent of students are placed if we skip the biotech branch because they all go for higher studies Highest package was 88lpa last year and the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is about 13lpa I want to go for tech placements and want a package of 30 lpa that's enough for me

Entrance Preview:

I gave IIT-JEE, AIEEE, WBJEE, BITSAT and Sikkim CET. I didnt get a rank in IITJEE. My rank was 16848 in AIEEE, 542 in WBJEE, scored 298/450 in BITSAT and was topper in CET. I had offers from good colleges across the country but chose BITS Pilani as it is best and at par with IITs.
