Course Curriculum Overview
I hope the curriculum might hav evolved by now, not sure the relevance. regarding the practical skills, there is a need to have a better one, Especially when it comes to the employability. And it is not the problem of the college alone, but the govt and university policy.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees in merit quota is around 6200. For magagement quota and NRI quota, they are approximately 65000 and 100000 per year respectively. No additional fees. Around 18000 is charged at the time of admission from general merit quota students.
Campus Life
Arts day, college day, sports day, tech fest, IV and tour every year. The college campus id sorrounded by the beautiful lake, can hangout there. Classrooms are modern Has a cricket ground, a volleyball court.
Admission
It was based on my rank in the entrance exam. It was a decent pick, and it was done so because of the location in my home state. Admission is done through the entance itself. For NRI quota its the money speaks i guess. (15 percent of the seats)
Faculty
Highly qualified and experienced faculties. My department had a cool HOD. She was really supportive. Exams were done well and good by in house staff. All went good, except some students, well its a part of the game.
Night Life
It is located in a laid back village. Beautiful place. Hostel is fun. Dont know much about library. Private hostels and pgs are available. few cafes Gyms can be found, but few in a walkable distance. It will be good to have a bike
