Course Curriculum Overview
My passion about human psychology and the urge to help peiple with their mental trauma and problems driven me to opt this course as my main major and to make a carrier in the sa, particular.The application is better than other universities as the institute focuses on real world and specific knowledge rather then normal courses.
Placement Experience
Psychology bachelor's can get placements from semester 5-6 but if you are choosing clinical as major than you have to do masters after bachelor to get the license [that too from an RCI certified college]. There are multiple fields and the package goes accordingly.Mostly students choose to do masters for better future and to bacome a therapist.I will also opt for masters after the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
i have paid an yearly fees of rs100000 but it has been revised to 120000 now and it's a 4 year course for people taking clinical psychology as major.The system works on the semester based systum and does not include the examination and security fees.There is a scholarship system is provided which can be applied through givivng an online exam named as CUCET which is prvoded by the university itself with applied terms andd conditions.There are several consections provided for other caste and army people and so the benefits can be availed.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is good and they provide us with variety of things but we don't have AC's in the classrooms and i find it as a major setback in summers and according to the fee structure.Libraries have a wide range of books and other than that we have an e-library for better access to the stuff.They provide you the notes digitally through the online Learning systum named as LMS.
Hostel Facilities
the hostel facility is decent and meal quality is not that nice to be honest but you can get decent stuff within the campus if you want and they provide plenty of variety in veg and non-veg meals.you can register for the hostel through your CUIMS.
Admission
The college was more renouned other than the most colleges and besides it was considered as one of the best psychology institute.I prepared for CUET but because of some persobnal reasons, i didn't gave the exams and had to opt for private university.
Faculty
The faculty can be supportive as well as rigid and it depends completely on the individul experience.Theree are several faculty like Dr.srishti Kapri,Kusum Punia and others who would devote themselves for the students.There are 2 mid semester test and one end semester test and students are markes accordingly.
Night Life
Students are allowed in the campus till 8pm.And there are multiple cafeterias and places to explore and chill within the university.Gyms are for hostelers only and hostel timing is the same the college timing.The south campus is a really photogenic place and have a nice vibe to chill and sit with friends
