Internships Opportunities

5

During internship we have to work in our own college itself . After internship we have to clear PG exam such that after completion of PG course we have to start our own clinic or practice in hospital. Stipends are provided monthly around 6000 rupees.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are total 200 seats, in that 100 seats are Government quota(A category) , 50 seats are B category another 56 sir C category B & C category are management quota. For A category , the fee for year is 20000 but in first year , they charge caution deposits and lab fee, registration fee .. total 160000. Scholarships and remaining financial aids include state government schemes and some national Student federation scholarships.

Campus Life

5

Te library there are various number of books which are easily available and accessible for the student at any time even Sundays. The library is spacious with air conditioners and good lighting facility. Classrooms are big auditorium which are very special and well-lighted with air conditioners, projector and good sound system & the lecture reaches last bench. There is a big ground for playing cricket volleyball football basketball and there are badminton courts table tennis court and also indoor games like chess carroms . After completion of the classes around 4:30 the students can play what are the game they want. Some students of our college runs non governmental organisations, social media groups, I m also running social media groups regarding updates, improvements in the college.

Hostel Facilities

5

There are two types of room accommodation single room and double sharing rooms. in single room only one student, with attached bathroom. For double sharing rooms , there are common washroom. Regular laundry and hostel cleaning is available. Meal quality and taste is more than my expectations actually. Hostel fee and food fee is around 1,50,000 per year Registration process is simple and straightforward. Pg hostels , rented rooms are just at backside of the campus.many day scholars are residing in those rooms.

Admission

I applied for many colleges and I got admission in NRI medical College Mangalagiri . I also got call letter from gsl medical College Rajahmundry first i joined for some days and skipped that college and preferred NRI as it is having good academic results compared to gsl college No I won't get rejected to remaining colleges I have applied I personally chosen NRI over other colleges. The admission process of our college as follows: first the student has to qualify meet exam with decent marks such that he can get an A category seat or else he / she had to join in management quota. After that we have to register there in the respective websites of state government which is conducting the counselling procedure for our Andhra state there is a website called NTRuhs.in. After registration we have to submit the documents such as 10th class, intermediate mark certificates , Aadhar card ,study certificates. usual cutoffs for a open category student ranges from 550 to 600 during the year 2023 in 2024 the cutoff of our college gonna increases to 614 marks.

Faculty

4

Faculty members in our college just says the summary in the class during lecture for scoring a good marks in exams we have to put our complete efforts such that we can pass out in the internal exams as well as the final exams conducted during the year. Most of the faculty are student friendly such that a student can freely talk with their faculty regarding their subjects and stress management, etc. During the course here total three internal exams are conducted and these internal exams marks are considered strictly. Parents teachers meeting conducted time to time such that the students can improve their marks in the next exam after writing these three internal exams there is final exam during the end of the year this exam also includes practicals .in our college the faculty provide full training for the performing laboratory experiments. Practical session also includes Viva that showings have to answer the questions which was asked by the external faculty during the exam. Now coming to the failure rate of the college every year 10 to 12 students fails in the regular exams and the students promoted to the next year by passing the supplementary exam conducted after the regular exam during that academic year.

Night Life

5

Student gyms are present in the boys hostel and library is also present which closes at 10 pm daily.cafeteria and stores are present with in the campus. Students should in the hostel before 10:15 pm. Where as girls should be in the hostel before 8:30pm. Hangout places outside the campus includes haailand , theatres, malls ,restaurants ,Eco Park , temples , water rides ,etc. Hangout places inside the college are playground , small Park etc. The locality is safe to Rome around at night as security is provided inside the college campus there is no problem regarding it.

Other Applied Colleges

GSL Medical College and General Hospital | Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

NRI is better than gsl medical College academic wise.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the only course that could make me a surgeon that I always wanted to become, hence I chose this course I choose this college due to its high patient load . I could also go to AIIMS Deogarh, Jammu, Guwahati, Madhurai or Jipmer Karaikal but I choose AMC over them is due to Patient load only. Here I can get good clinical exposure compared to those There are programs like Family Adoption programme, Early Clinical Exposure form the first year itself , and from second year only students go to ward postings. There is always real world application in this course This course particularly dont want any improvements in my opinion, NMC regulates and improves the curriculum in real time and that is implemented in this college perfectly. For every like 3 months we have internal exams to assess ourselves . And final exams in the last.
