Course Curriculum Overview

1

I just liked the course not by their curriculum and it didn't influence me ,the curriculum pretty much prepare you for real world application further academic pursuits The area of improvement is ofcourse the way they reach the timing of exams and difficulty suckss too much

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is 10000 for year for ba and I think it carries according to your category and courses and colleage in bhu university ,there are merits and scholarships for students who are financially backwards and there are students in my class who don't need to pay an amount of 1000for a year

Campus Life

1

We have alot of annual day functions ,foundations day and all lot of festivals celebrated in our college and university, the accessibility of books in affiliated colleage is pretty much bad and and in university you can get access into the main library and there is a lot of books and you can read all the books from their if you have pass of bhu or student id card .the facilities and technology provision within the class room is not good though an overview of of sports is pretty good about extracurricular activities offered on campus sucks took good as their is no such thing offered we don't even have clubs etc etccno student social group as long as i understood that impact the students life ,the students are also not friendly like if we ask them a doubt there are many students who don't even answer us even after they saw it so I hate it so much the teachers also won't reply to you

Admission

I apply to du but didn't get a good colleage ,i got an off campus which was not good and I didn't get in to eflu ,i also got pondichery but it was too late as i joined here before that ,the admission process is to write curt and score marks and it has relaxation according to category, try to write easy subjects which doesn't have a lot of students to write that will pretty make easier to score the overall admission experience was over whelming

Faculty

2

Faculty and student relationship is good i guess ,to be honest I don't like anyof the facilities like i feel all of them screwed up There are internal exam and external exam and about the syllabus and course curriculum it's pretty much good and bad and about the students failing the exams that is only half of 100and the difficulty is so good

Night Life

1

The gym is good cafeteria sucks library not bad and public area sucks too Hostel and campus timings i don't know much about it ,there is only famous hangout place that is near the ganga ri ver and it's not safe near our colleage in the night

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Arts [BA] (English)

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith - [MGKVP], Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Education)
Reviewed on Feb 17, 2026(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA curriculum in my college at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for the 2025–2026 academic year is structured under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, making it academically comprehensive but traditionally theoretical. It follows a six-semester system that offers a wide range of subjects, from core Humanities (History, Political Science, Hindi) to modern electives and Vocational courses (e.g., Nutrition, Yoga, or Digital Literacy), providing students with a multidisciplinary framework. In terms of relevance, the syllabus is exceptionally well-suited for students aiming for government services and competitive exams (UPSC/UPPSC), as the depth of social science subjects mirrors the state and national civil service patterns. However, its professional comprehensiveness is lower; while the curriculum includes internal assessments, presentations, and project work to build soft skills, the actual delivery remains focused on rote learning and theory rather than industry-ready practical training. Consequently, the course is highly relevant for an academic or administrative career path but requires significant self-supplementation (internships or external skill-building) for those seeking immediate roles in the private sector.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its balanced syllabus, which includes both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The curriculum is designed in a way that builds a strong foundation in core subjects while also introducing advanced topics gradually. This helps students understand subjects deeply rather than just studying for exams.
