- Campus is very vibrant .There are many grounds ,gardens ,tress and buildings all around making it a rich experience
- Mining engineering Professors are very chill and we can ask them any questions regarding the subject at any time in the class.
- Senior junior interaction is little weird as you hv to call your seniors sir and ma'am ,but that's all right and seniors always try to help their juniors the most .
Dislikes
- There is culture of intro for juniors which they give to seniors in proper attire .
- Lesser facilities for sports compared to other iits.
- Restriction on hostel timings is a big issue
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed in a very effective manner such that students get to experience exactly what they are studying side along . The huge costly setups are all there in the lab which provides deeper insights in the practical knowledge .
Internships Opportunities
Tata steel ,vedanta , orica , schlumberger etc are the companies that offers internship in my field .besides there are some consulting and edtech companies which also offers oppurtunities for internships .
Placement Experience
After 6 th semester students become eligible for placements . There are fewer internship opportunities in my branch . Placement percentage is around 70 percent incampus ,rest go for higher studies and off campus placement

Campus Life
College life here all depend on your interaction with people's around whether it's your friends , seniors , professors, employs, colleges , girls etc As long as you keep asking and listening them you will feel good and positive . While only lying on bed in room will make you feel that It's just boring .
Admission
I personally kept this college on my priority because this college has a lot of reputation and fame and this is the best college that is nearest to my home so that ican travel to home and college whenever I need
Faculty
The faculties are very experienced and trained and are ready to help you with any sort of query,they try to keep the class interactive as much they can but it also depends on us whether we want to study in the class.due to large strength of class sometimes it feels boring and drowsy .
Night Life
Students can roam around the campus till it's 12-1 am in night except for first years . In fests the in timing of hostels are increased .there are 4 fests in a year including concetto , khanan , srijan and parakram .
