Course Curriculum Overview

3

As we've wrote the semester in 3½ months it's too fast actually the semester has to be held in 6 months but here it's different and we used to write semester exams immediately after writing semester exam

Internships Opportunities

4

We've did summer internship that is 1 month We have to go through the companies and we have to choose one after choosing the college will prepare a letter signed by the principal We have to give that to the desired company that we choose And we have a major project too in the final year

Placement Experience

4

The placements are quite good for IT and CSE When it comes to core branches they are limited we hardly get placements There will be workshops offered from different colleges across the state we can attend them if we want to

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually I got free seat I'll just pay examination fee 1200 per semester and hostel fee is reimbursed if we get free seat If not we have to pay 3500 per year excluding semester exam fee And when it comes to hostel we have to deposit 5000 for BC students and 3500 for SC students 10000 for oc is mandatory and no worries they will be credited to your bank account within 1 month after that we have to pay 12000-15000 ruppes per year as mess fee/hostel fee

Campus Life

4

There will be only few events One fest and annual day Sports NCC and NSS Freshers and farewell will be celebrated individually by branches There will be workshops and seminars NCC students will have more perks

Hostel Facilities

2

When it comes to hostel it's totally unhygienic and we have limited food options and rooms alloted will be conjusted there will be water probelm too in some days if anyone wants to join then don't choose this hostel it's better to stay outside

Admission

I don't know why I've joined this college I've got a seat I didn't know more bout this college as I've applied for other colleges too but unfortunately I got selected here and the admission process will be like this We've have to write an exam like EAMCET for inter based students and ECET for diploma students

Faculty

3

There are no such faculty members except few of them are highly qualified with mtech and phds they will teach really good but yes there are only few faculty members like that They will be pretty much helpful and they'll help us if we need

Night Life

3

There's an open gym that's all we have There some playing area outside the college Boys hostel will be near to the college and girls hostel is pretty long from college There will be many hang out spots outside the campus but not inside

Other Applied Colleges

JNTUH College of Engineering | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.
