Likes

The teaching of my college is comparatively better than other colleges
The teachers in my college are helpful and are always up to solve the problems
The college organises weekly presentation for improvement of the student

Dislikes

The campus is very small so there is no space to spend free time
The location of the college is also not good.
Washrooms of the college are good but sometimes they stop the water in the taps

Course Curriculum Overview

As a commerce field background student i always thought that i can pursue only management but BCA gave me option to start exploring the field of the computer application In this course there should be less of theory and some more logical subject Exams are moderate level

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year the fees was 128000 2nd year 110000 3rd year 110000 The scholarship is offered to those who have chosen IITM as there top preference and have score above 90% in there class 12th board exams.

Campus Life

Anugoonj is help annually in the month of feb and there are many events that go on every time that help us improve our skills The books are easily issued and are in good quality The college has smart boards and projector availability of computer labs

Admission

In applied in msit vips and iitm but my marks were not good supposedly i asked someone about iitm he told me that they focus on teaching and their teaching is the best The admission depends on rank we get from CET exams i got 1159 rank that was a little bit low for vips as i wanted the morning shift

Faculty

So i am doing BCA its a 3 year course at the second year we get to chose the field in which we want to pursue our future i opted for AI . It is easy to contact the faculty member as we can go to their cabin when we need help there are 2 exams + practical exams The marking scheme is 40 60 40 internal 60 external

Night Life

There are not much places to hangout as i mentioned the location of the college is not good so there is no nightlife Campus timings for my batch are 8:30-3:30 There are places to hangout but little away like 20 mins but its okay as not far away

"Convenient and recognised distance learning"

My overall experience a IGNOU has been good the universities very helpful for students who want flexible and affordable education along with other responsibilities
The study material provided by IGNOU is detailed and easy to understand and the examination process is transparent
One of the best thing about IGNOU is its low fee structure and flexibility in learning

Dislikes

However there are some areas that need improvement sometime the administrative process can be slow and getting quick responsive from study centre may take time
Campus life is limited compared to regular colleges because IGNOU mainly focus on distance learning
Placement support exist but is not a strongest regular University so students upon need to rely on their own skills and efforts

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would read the IGNOU courses curriculum has good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the syllabus is well structured and design for distance learning with study material explain concept clearly and support service study this flexibility and affordability for the main reason I choose this course the curriculum provides are strong theoretical foundation and is useful for father studies as well as basic professional knowledge how ever Addy more practical exposure life internet is session and update industrial oriented content could make the course even better IGNOU conductor and examination twice a year along with compulsory assignment that contribute to the final marks the exam schedule is convenient and difficulty level is moderates student to follow the study materials and cement on the time can clear the exam without much difficulty or all the curriculum is student friendly relevant and su suitable for learner who prefer flexible higher education while managing other responsibilities.

Faculty gives you a practical implementation and for your betterment always

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course was very old I think there was a change in syllabus and activities for the students. Provide practical knowledge and work on skills development rather then written knowledge Because skills helps for placement not anything else.

Canteen was really good, various variety of veg and non-veg food was available
Library was a good place to study and concentrate
Ground area was very big to take a stroll

Dislikes

Too much academic pressure was put as there were exams every 2 weeks
There were no events held through out the 3 years
Very bad placement cell, no opportunities for placement at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was not up to date at all, the languages taught are outdated, I had to persue courses from institutions to gain experience. Very little practical knowledge was given in each subject, the subjects were taught from theory point of view

I opted for this course because I wanted to develop skills in the IT sector. There are 7 teachers and 66 students. Teachers are good in nature and teach us practically which boost our skill and is also helpful for learning.
