My college my life changer

Overall there is enough facilities for the students & researchers, so it's a positive remark by me but some labs and department are needed to improve more. The sports grounds are required to be managed and the gym is required to allow more time for the girls.

Course curriculum is easy to understand and cover over all the issues, topics & current researchs related to the course. All the contents of course are more than enough to complete the survey to related course.

As in agriculture courses we don't go for the internship we have the research program of 6 months (UG) , 12 months (PG) & 24 months for Ph.D. done to fulfil the degree requirements and for that our university has MOU with all the national and international agricultural & non agricultural institutes and universities.

The placements provided by all the government & non - government agencies. The job opportunities are open in all the national & international agricultural and non agricultural universities & research institutes.

There are lots of events that are celebrated in our university such as inter college youth festival that consists a no. Events like cultural, sports and non cultural. The national and state competitions are organized as well.

The fee structure is very feasible, the lower class to lower middle class family can afford. The fee involves management fee and other fee that is required to be asked in a fee. The fee involves the semester registration and exam fee.

There are stay funds for the students studying in UG, PG, Ph.D. there are also government scholarships arranged for the conserved classed students as well as for the physically chalanged, J&K refugees, children of army officers. There are all other scholarships provided by state & Central government.

The extracurricular activities includes all the sports activities, cultural and non cultural activities. The labs are provided by all the facilities required for research. The R.H. Rhichharia research lab is the top lab in the state biotechnology labs. The university has all the labs regarding there department. There is sports complex for sports and gym free of cost for the students. There are top labs of biocontrol agents and biofertilizers, which provides biofertilizers to the farmers at nominal cost.

Hostel infrastructure is good the food and other facilities are good. The infrastructure of building is spacious and enough for the no. Of girls. There is also free WiFi facility available in whole university campus as well as in hostel.

The alumni network is very good, all the college union leaders are very helpful and are capable of providing of all the facilities to the students. The seniors are awesome there is no ragging in the college, rather than they help Juniors in study, sports etc. For making things comfortable there is arrangement of fresher party & farewell party.

Exam structure is based on the semester basis. We have to achieve 50 % marks in both practicals & theories in UG, 55% marks in PG and 65 % marks in pH.D. the first division is considered from 70%. The theory portion is divided into three parts quiz, hourly and the final theory exam.

I cracked the entrance exam for the under graduation PAT Pre Entrance Test & post graduation exam CET Central Entrance Test after that again CET for Ph.D. I got selected for my course of interest. The procedure is so simple & all informations are provided online as well as in the newspaper too making it easy for the people living in rural areas where there is less or no network availability.

The facilities of the college are extremely telented, dedicated, experienced and helpful to students & the teaching as well as non teaching staff. They make alot of effort for us to understand the course.
