Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course was good but few sem subjects were not really relevant and also order of subjects interms of semesters. The internals used be once a month and 2-3 exams per day depending on the number of subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid yearly 85,000 for the college and 40,000 hostel. Total fees would go around 4-5 lakhs for 4 years and its increasing yearly and few students got the placements in few companies and rest didn't.

Campus Life

3

Campus life was good and aakriti was the names of the fest that conducted every year for 3 consecutive days. They have a proper Library where you get library cards to borrow books and return them on time. Classrooms have projector and proper ventilation. And there are lots of clubs run by students and it's great to be a part of one

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels rooms are really good compared to typical hostel rooms, but later on you don't remember anything but hostel friends all 8-10 people hanging out in a room and sleeping there itself. Hostel is fun. Food was bad and average depending on what you eat. And there are few pgs located near by that can also be visited if you don't like hostels

Admission

I chose to join this college because of the suggestions from lot of people. And also when I visited I liked how peaceful it was and also greenary everywhere. The admission process consists of panel where you have to visit a d fill the form and head to front office for payments. Everyone is eligible, that's not the problem.

Faculty

2

Few faculties were good and few treated students as school children. Most used to only read out the presentation. Each sem they conducted 3 internals, which considered the marks system as average of 3 exams and 1 sem exam.

Night Life

3

Night life was fine because they don't allow girls outside at night most of the time because it's a hilly region and safety purpose but rest we used to hangout in the campus itself. They have gym for students which is fine. Hostel gate closing time is 9:00 - 9:30.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
