College Rahasya

The college curriculum is not so updated as per the requirement of future world . The curriculum is needed to be improved as early as possible.Exam is happened very frequently. I choose this course due to influence of modern world. I get very less help from this college curriculum for my future aspect.

The placement record is not as aspected. Earlier the record was quite good . The average for mechanical engineering is 8 to 9 lakhs and for chemical it is 7 to 8 lakhs .some well known companies are visited se like samsung r&d ,tcs etc. over all placement percentage is 80 to 90 percent. I am preparing for gate exam .I want to do m.tech after my b.tech course.

Tuition fees -75000 other than tuition fees 60000 for 1st year and afterward 1,27,000 for every year and total fees for four years is 5,17,500 excluding hostel and mess. Hostel and mess combined fees is 63000 for each year.From 60000, 10000 is for registration, examination and certification ,30500 for facilities,3000 for medical fees, 4000 for training and placement,3000 for activity, caution charge 5000, 1500university alumni fund ,1500 student aid fund ,1500 miscellaneous charges. Here, is tuition fees waiver (TFW) facility for only 5%studends in which the studen who are selected for TFW get 75000 tuition fees relaxation.

The campus is not so good or not so bad . It is ok- ok . There is nine sub councils. Ther are some clubs for dancing, singing,drama,poetry and literature. Library is quite good but the timing of library is short from 10:00am to 7:00pm. The class room are need to be improved. Ther is no smart board . Some new building are formed which are good .

Hostel facilities are very bad . Shridhar Acharya hostel is 100 year old . Warden rarely visit the hostel. And ward boy and care taker don't do anything. Hostel fees is 63000. Mess menu is quite good but the taste of food is very bad.

I choose this College because this is the only better college which I get on my jee rank 33290 in my point of view. Although it is much more better than private colleges which I get after paying very high fees . And i hadn't apply for any other colleges. Although I get nit but I don't want to compromise with my branch. Here jee rank is considered for addmission. This college conduct there own counselling process.

Here is mixed experience for faculty members. All faculty members are not so educated to teach. Here ,some branch are famous for bad faculty. Exam pattern is different from iit and nit .Here ,two mid semester and one end semester exam happened in each semester.Mid sem is compromised of 15 marks and end sem is compromised of 50 marks.Here Cse faculty is very nice .

I like to spend most of the time in Library and at step canteen (step is it nik name).The hostel time for boys is 9:00pm and for girls 8:00pm. There is a gym in west campus, but it timing is also not good. There is no seen of night out.
