Likes
- Infrastructure is really good, aesthatic instagrammable campus.
- Faculty is supportive, if you are willing to learn, they are ready to teach.
- No restricted timings to roam inside campus, some areas are not allowed to enter after 11pm, rest you can enjoy night life.
Dislikes
- Can feel a bit over-priced for the money you are/ will be paying
- Can seem bit crowdy, not so big campus with thousands of students
- Girls to boys ratio is less in Btech, may differ from course to course, in my batch of 30 there are 3 girls.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is great and industry ready as it focuses on real world implementing skills from semester 1 itself. Also for 2024 batch, university has also added a separate AI course which will be completely covering AI and ML with cs fundamentals.
Internships Opportunities
You will be prepared for interships in 6th sem, college will give you list of companies and train you accordingly. Currently I dont have any idea of internship companies but I will update as soon as I get info.
Placement Experience
You have sit in college placements from 6th semester. Tech Mahindra, Delloite etc offers their good packages. Learn DSA and you are good to go. But personally, I will suggest you to not be dependent on college for placements. Placement cell is not very good. Few student get packages while other don't even sit in college placements making average increase to 8lpa. Also, the highest package (1.2Cr) mentioned on website is off-campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly tuition fees for my year is 3,70,000/-. One time registration fees is 45,000/-. One time security deposit 30,000/-, Rest sport charges, examination charges. There is no category system. You can get scholarship upto 50% based or your 12th or JEE percentile. Scholarships are based on first come first serve.
Campus Life
Infrastructure as I already mentioned is great, Library is also good and a self-study centre is also provided. Classrooms are well maintained with working projectors in all classes and labs are also well equipted. There are many clubs and groups which you can be a part of according to your interests. Events are held almost every 2 weeks. So, overall college life is amazing.
Admission
I have chosen this college due to it's location, as it is best nearest to my place, also it is considerd to be one of the best colleges for engineering in Greater Noida. Also, it's infrastructure and night life fascinated me a lot.
Faculty
Faculty is really supportive, well-qualified and excellent. They will be helping you out through everything you just need to reach out to them. Maths teacher Satyam Omar Sir got to be one of the best and my most fav faculty due to his teaching style. Also full stack teacher, Ravikant Tyagi Sir, also one of my fav. Can't name any particular faculty I don't like. Per semester there are two exams, mid sem and end sem, They are easy to score even if you study a day before. Course curriculum is industry ready.
Night Life
Gym closes at 11pm, there are two gyms. There are no in-campus restrictions, few areas are closed by 11pm, outside campus it's not allowed at night and also not safe. Nearest hangout places near collge would be Venice mall or Alpha-2.
