Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the curriculam average. It covers basic concepts well which influenced my decision to take the course but it is theroy limited more than practical knowledge. They offer a foundation for higher studies but needs improvement.
Internships Opportunities
None was provided to me by the college. I found mine on my own. I received a stripend of 35k from the company Dharani Infraa Tech Pvt. Ltd. at the role of data analyst intern. I was resposible for creating power bi dashboards for visualisation there.
Placement Experience
The college does not offer strong placemnent offers. Very few companies visit for relavant role placements. There are almost no companies coming for masss recuitement. The average and the highest packages are limited.
Fees and Financial Aid
total fee for the complete course is 24 lakhs, which is approx 6 lakhs per annum. The fee structure is currently fixed but can increase in 1-2 years. Scholarships are available on the basis of merits and eligibilty based on the institutions policy.
Campus Life
Campus life is enaging. There are always various events and activities conducted for the students. The library and classroom designs are very captivating, they have apple monitors, projectors and wifi there.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are expensive but provide best faculities. There is no fixed entry exit time. No entry sysytem as well. food quality is average. Many students prefer staying outside since it is expensive.
Admission
I appilied to this college because of it offered the course I wanted and had a good placement record with a straightforward admission program. Compared to the other colleges I applied to they gave me better scholarships and also had lower cutoffs.
Faculty
The faculty is average and some above. The teacher quality varies from subject to subject. The course structure is more focused on academic theory learning rather than practical knowledge. Exams are conduted semester wise. The marking scheme mainly depends on internal labs, assessments, end semesters and practicals.
Night Life
Night life is calm and free. You can be present in the campus for the whole night as well. To make the after class period engaging therer are various activities like jamming dancing, bonefire, etc conducted as well.
