Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course was well planned and defined and is still relevant in todays time for job seekers. The course was prepared in a way that was understandable to every type of student. The study of HR Analytics helped me to gather new information and the wide use of it in organizations. For me there is no need for improvement because teaching methods were creative and different. The timings and frequency of exams were okay and difficulty level was also easy to medium

Internships Opportunities

4

Many companies had come to my university for the internship opportunities related to hr field and most of them offered PPO after internship. But i did internship on my own as I wanted a government company.

Placement Experience

2

The placements given here are average. Not many good companies came but when they did come, many candidates with good CGPA were not shortlisted for interview process. Most of the companies that came were mostly start ups. I remember Trident having the highest package and 3 students from my batch were hired in Trident,

Fees and Financial Aid

I was pursuing MBA (HR) from amity university and total fees was around 12 lakhs. It was a two year course and per semester was 3 lakhs so year wise fees was 6 lakhs. There are two categories: Non sponsorship and sponorship. For non-sponsorship- the fee is around 3,35,000 and for Sponsor category it is around 5 lakhs. There is also annual hostel fees for: Non-AC rooms-: Rs. 95000 per annum (approx) For AC Rooms- 1,75,000 (Approx.) There re some scholarships for students enrolled in MBA (HR) program: 100% scholarships are given to those who have scored 90 percentile in CAT/MAT 50% scholarships are given to those who have scored 85 percentile in CAT/MAT 25% scholarships are given to those who have scored 80 percentile in CAT/MAT

Campus Life

4

My overall experience in campus was interesting. I leart many new things and developed much more confidence. The clubs were very active, especially during GLRC and YAF. I didn't participate but I observed my friends. The library was really good where almost every book was available- be it academic, fictional or non-fictional.

Admission

I had already done graduation from delhi university so now i wanted to complete my post graduation from a good private university. i found Amity to be one of the most good colleges for pursuing MBA. And the admission process was also easy. I was asked to make an introduction video of myself in the admission process and i was asked to answer some questions. Within a few days I was selected. They accept CAT and MAT scores. They also accept other exams scores abut I don't know much about them.

Faculty

4

Some faculties were very helpful and approachable. I liked Richa Sharma mam and Paritosh Mishra sir among the faculties. They created a good balance between student and faculty relationship and also helped me whenever I needed their help. Talking about the exam structure, it consisted of internal exams which were conducted after completion of 2-3 modules. sometimes surprise tests were also conducted. And then final exams were conducted which consisted of viva and written exams.

Night Life

3

The most famous hangout place was H-block where majority of students came during free hours. I used to hang out there with my friends and there were variety of eating outlets. Balli is a famous eating outlet outside the campus. In night, i think it's not safe to roam around at night.

The highest package in MBA is Rs. 4 lakhsPA but this is a myth, usually placements happen below Rs. 10 lakhsLPA.Sales hr marketing researcher profile the offers. 90-95% I started my own startup after getting my degree.

Placement Experience:

Firstly speaking, no college can provide you placement. If you don't have that capability to catch that placement. Yes, majorly most of the students got placement. The highest placement which I have seen from my eyes was eight LPA, which was quite good if we see from starting if a new B is coming and he's got eight LPA, then it's really good, and yes, this college promises you that it will provide you placement, but the only condition is that you should be well-behaved and obey all the rules and regulations of this college. If you don't have that capability, you yourself can't do it. Yes, every year companies like Wipro companies like Amazon company companies like Flipkrt comes in this college and takes many of the students.
