Course Curriculum Overview
I would say the course curriculum is pretty solid in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. It covers all the essential topics in depth, which gives you a strong foundation in the subject. At the same time, I feel there are a few areas that could be more hands-on.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies and businesses offer internships in our college. We get timely updates about internships in our class groups about the job profile. Min stipend starts at 8k. We have a variety of job profiles offered to us.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees that I've paid is 62900 Registration fee to buy the form is 200rs We have to pay our fees at the start of each semester which is the breakdown of the yearly fee structure Then the college does have a NRI quota where we have to pay extra
Campus Life
Campus life has been great here so far and socialising is never a problem here. TAARANGAN our main college event brings all the department students together to give their best and put up the best event. And we also have departmental fests where the same students have friendly competitions with each other
Admission
Firstly I chose this college mainly because I had graduated 12th std from the same college and I already knew about the faculty and campus. And Thakur college is known for the course BAMMC, they give us hands on experiences and theoretical knowledge at the same time
Faculty
The Faculty members are very knowledgeable and approachable, the professors genuinely care about our learning. They don't just stick to textbooks, they bring in real world examples, encourage us to think critically, and are always available for extra help.
Night Life
Thakur college does have a gym, library, cafeteria but all these facilities have a timing to it. They close at sharp 5pm the college shuts the gate at 7 but during our main college event we have exceptions.
