The day by day increment of technology in technical hub made to choose Computer science and also the scope for this branch in future to become a good software developer by Learning Programming languages

Fees and Financial Aid

I got the admission through Kcet quota so I paid 76000rs as tuition fees, 20000rs as college fees and 10610rs as registration fees in the total round figure of 127000rs. In the management quota they need to pay approximately 300000rs.

Campus Life

Usually in our college they celebrate a less festivals and events when compared to others and some exciting events we celebrate are 1.CYGNET which is celebrated by collaborating all CMR university campuses and other 3 to 4 events are celebrated.

Admission

No didn't chosen any other college apart from this college but I choose this college because of the materials they provide are good and the faculties are always helpful regarding studies and the opportunities they provide to show case our talents

Faculty

There are two faculties per each subject and they good and experienced in their subjects when we approach them they won't refuse for helping us regarding studies. Usually there will be IAT(Internal assessment test) for every 2 module complition which approximately take 1 and half months and after 2 IATs there will be Semester end exam.

Night Life

There are seperate hostels for boys and girls and library is good, clean and it will be peaceful place to study and there no cafeterias near the college except in the college canteen. The lakeside view very embracing to watch in the morning times.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

The eligibility to the course is not much in demand. u can be into the course with only 45% in PCM in 12th class and the modes of addmission are kcet, comdek and management quota.
