- some students felt that the academic is more prioritized
- there are some strict regulations on student activities which lead to the cancellation of some of the programs but i think it is for the betterment of the students
- teachers take classes during break time ,since we have only 10 minute break
Course Curriculum Overview
the curriculum is designed to keep pace with the latest developments in engineering and technology,courses are frequently updated , also there are projects internships and many more to improve practical knowledge beyond technical skill the institute also include courses and activities to develop softskills scet offers wide range of specialization in engineering including bio technology,bio medical,computer science,civil,electronics and communications and electrical and electronics engineering.
Internships Opportunities
sahrdaya provides valuable interships with prominent companies. companies are wipro,tcs and for electronics students have secured intership in digital university of kerala witha stipend of rs 20000. interns also contribute to projects such as software dvelopment and IT system management
Placement Experience
placement is high with some branches 95 percent companies that visit are mostly software companies like wipro,infosys tcs etc. several companies make multiple offers . if not placed graduates often pursue higher studies
Fees and Financial Aid
year wise payment is rs 75000 and there is also some extra fees about ten thousand for additional add on courses caution deposit it rs 10000.For merit students there will be some discounts The above fees is applied for general admissions scet offers various scolarships to support and recognize students

there are regular events ,cultural activities and many more , the student body includes individuals from various backrounds. clubs here are; technical club-robotics club,coding club,hardware club and many more cultural club-dance music,drama social club-NSS
Admission
I choose this college because it was closer to my home. also i was looking for a college that focus on academics and also with a good college life. application process- candidates must pass 12 th or equivalent in core subjects like maths,physics,chemistry application is based on keam,kerala entrace exam also others exams are accepted like jee mains
Faculty
SCET boasts a team of highly qualified and experianced faculty members . The faculty members are commited to providing quality education and often engage in profesional development programs to enhance their teaching methodologies. In SCET all faculties are best. so there are two internal exams named cat 1 and cat2 and assigments.the internal mark will be calculated by the performance of the above exams. internals are out of 50. and the final exam conducted by univerisity is out of 100,where the student need to score at least 40 to pass .and combining both internal and external mark the student should not score less that 75.
Night Life
scet has relatively quiet night life , as it focus on academics and discipline . the library and public areas are typically closed at 6pm.while cafeteria shut around 7. gym is avaliable for use during specific hours.
