The 1st year curriculum is all about the old engineering curriculum comprises of subjects like physics,maths, chemistry,modern manufacturing techniques ,professional communication and in programming we learn c language in 1st sem and dsa in 2nd sem.

internships like iit roorkee program 1% club stipend of 7 thousand accenture stipened 4.5 thousand adobe stipened of 10 thousand There are internship opportunities but very less of them are paid and are available to very less students

The placements are provided by the college only if you have overall 7.5 cgpa in your course . however there are placements somewhere around at 5-10 lakhs of package and 1-2 jobs offered above 20 lakhs . the average package of the university is 6.2 lakh per annum. companies like infosys and deloitte comes in university for placement.

the fee for a B.tech cse student is about 172000/semester including tution fee and lab fee . there is scholarship available for 1 st year students on the basis of their 12th grades and jee scores which is upto 50 % for the first year and afterwards they have to be in the top 20% students of the university to continue their scholarship.

The college life is not that much fascinating . yes you have an advantage of the beautiful location of the campus but the other aspects like sports are not upto the mark, the college curriculum stresses more on studies and doesn't have that much events there are clubs for various skills which often conducts seminars and events .

hostel rooms are descent and have single beds. dedicsted study tables with night light . in 1st you get a tripple sharing and double sharing rooms but after 1st year you get single rooms. you get ethernet and wifi fascilities but wifi is not at all good and there not good network in boys hostel too. hostel faculty are ok ok . there are flats and PG around the campus which are also nice .

I chose this college due to different reasons which are 1st) is the location of the college 2nd) is the reputation of the college 3rd) is the average package of b.tech cse 4th) opportunities for other development skills as there is a package of variety of these factors which should be in a college so i chose this college i have applied in colleges of delhi too but they lack some of these factors and they didn't justify their fee and ROI

the faculties of university are very much good and are approachable too. they are much interactive among students and give them extra time and support to clear their doubts . they have good knowladge about their subjects . there are 2 major exams in a semester 1st is the mid term exam which is of 50 marks and 20% is the total weightage of mid term and end term is of 100 marks and weightage of end term is 30/35 % depending upon subjects and 10 % weightage is of class tests and 25% weightage 15% weightage is of projects and assignments. focus more on files , projects and internal quizes

The night life of the college is not at all interesting as the out time for boys/girls is 5:45 and 7 in summers after this time you can't go outside the college. the out time outside the hostel for boys is till 10 P.M. and for girls is 6 P.M. there is a gym in boys and girls hostel but only boys gym is open and is very average and crowdy doesn't have that much machines but is free of cost for hostlers the fee is included in your hostel fee . the night life is intresting just in hostel only . for girls there is more strictness. the mess food is average but there is less variety in food and doesn't have non veg food only eggs are there in morning only on friday.
