An honest review of farook

The current curriculum that we study mainly focuses only on the theoretical aspects and most of it feels useless, but the curriculum has changed on and seems a lot better that what we had to put up with

Admission fee = 5500 Yearly fee= 1200 Exam fee = 560 E grants scholarships give you back the amount of 5500 and automatically pay all the other amounts memtioned. There is no other type of fee like library or maintainence fee

The festivals and programs are conducted by the students union and not the college but the programs are perfect and great. The library is pretty accessible and spacious but lack an area for modern fiction or modern or newer books in general. The sports area is only for the students who entered through sports quota but those students dont get much opportunities besides college games.

The college is the best at its nae. I joined only fir the namesake between the people here because studying in fatook college is considered sometjing great but in reality uts just a mere facade and there nothing better here than any other colleges

There are a lot of good teachers and the ratio is completely fine. The faculties are approachable but not friendly as such. English dept has one of thr best and not so good faculties. The exams are sem wise with each year having 2 sems. The exams are moderately difficult and conducted strictly on time.

There is no nightlife or such.. the college almost shuts down after 6:00 because thats the time for girls to get in hostel but the boys dont have any time restrictions. After that time only the spirts students will be there practising in the ground. There arent much hangout spots and even if we sit there, the security would ask us to go and not distrub the classes
