Course Curriculum Overview

5

The main aspect behind chosing the course is the management, then the healthcare industry. Other aspects that are present includes finance, it, statistics, human resources, marketing etc. All the aspects are relevant to the course and are effective very much in real life. Some teaching improvements to be done is allowing students to participate in healthcare programs within the course to understand better the world of healthcare management. The frequency of exams are perfect every semester and they are actually not difficult if you study well.

Internships Opportunities

5

Many companies like accenture, apollo, mahindra, tcs, redfm, britannia, cognizant, ibm, teleperformance, google, itc infotech, film companies, Microsoft provide internship with stipend. Projects are given on whose basis tasks and outcomes are measured.

Placement Experience

5

From 4th sem students are eligible for internships. And then placements are given on that basis. I've visited apollo, mahindra and many more for jobs and internships. Highest package i heard of is 18lpa. 90% of the students get placement right after the college. My plans after completion of the degree is to work under a hospital for a while until I'm capable enough to open my own hospital.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees is 410000 out of which 100000 is payable at first sem and 50000 during registration and then 38500 per semester. The tution fees and every other charges are within the amount payable during semesters. If you get above 70% marks in 12th then you might get some scholarship and other scholarships programs are available such as the svcm. Loan is available for students and schemes like student credit card are also available through the loan department. Other scholarship programs are available which are to be discussed in the college.

Campus Life

5

Life at ilead campus is very fun and exciting. Events are organised every 2 or 3 days later. Availability of lakhs of books all over the college makes it more interesting to spend your free time. The classrooms has central cooling system which makes it easier during summers. The classes have projectors for visual classes. Every kind of sports are encouraged here be it football or cricket Or volleyball. There are many groups or clubs, I am a part of the Allied Health club recently which serves the whole healthcare department.

Admission

I have applied to other colleges, like the narula, jis, techno and jdc. I got confirmation from every other colleges i applied for but ilead drove me more because of their campus and placements. Ilead provide better placements than most of the other colleges. No i didn't get any rejection from other colleges. I got confirmation from every college i apllied for then i chose ilead. The admission process is very simple. You just have to get above 60% marks in your higher secondary exams. And if you got more than 70% then you're eligible for some scholarships. Then the registration amount is to be paid with some paper works done. Then you're ready got admitted successfully in the college.

Faculty

5

The Faculty to student is 8 : 1 which is a great deal. The faculties are extremely helpful and you can approach them without any fear. They guide us our every step and help us becoming a great person ahead of our life. The best faculty is Upama mam, she is a great human being and a greater tutor. Helps us a lot during our exams and doesn't make us feel stupid for asking questions. There are some facilities i don't like because of their over hyped behavior inside the college premises, not cooperative, not helpful at all. There are mainly 4 exams before the semester, that is the ca1, ca2, ca3, ca4 and them semester. All the four exams are compulsory and they're mostly easy if you study well. A very less ratio of students doesn't pass the exams. And the course curriculum is very relevant.

Interview Experience

5

The topics of discussion were very simple like why i chose the course and how am i likely supposed to study throughout the course. Questions are made about your academics like general knowledge and basic life questions, like your 12th marks and over all study material of school. The processes are very simple you don't need to panic the course coordinators are very kind and helpful and will assist you wherever and whenever you need.

Night Life

5

The college has gym facility for students. Cafes library are open till 7 pm. The most exciting spot for me is the open ground on top floor thats where you can enjoy your leisure time. The locality is definitely safe for roaming around at night.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very much encouraged about knowing how companies and buisness culture work .so there were many major aspects in my course where I can get those knowledge. All the carriculam activities and studies really helped me to understand the professional work culture and systems. I was able to manage human resource management and marketing management after completed my course. There are many area where course carriculam should be updated. If teachers can show some more practical work situation, analogy, some more presentation and theory which are currently relevant in every professional culture. Then it would have been much more impactful for students. And the frequency and timings were good enough to have a preparation for exams , good enough for nurture and revision to deal with any level of difficulty .

Placement Experience:

The condition of the placement in my college is. pathetic because in 2000 and 25 the companies like Medanta came. Yeah, the companies are coming, but no salary hikes are there. Some. students are going to Medanta. They are having a salary of rupees 16,000 per month in a area like DelhiGurgaon, which is useless. See after the 5th same, the students are eligible for the campus placement if the student have any backlog, he or she might not be eligible. But that particular students will have to come back to the campus to keep the practical and the theoretical examinations and the highest package for this year is only 2 lakhs, which is offered by some it. company over here and the person. age of the students getting placement is only 5 to 10 percent. My plans after getting the degree is to start my own business to enjoy my life, to enjoy my capabilities, my and to improve my pros and cons.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last semester, i.e, after 5th Semester for us. The college gets good placements in Hospital Management. In the last placement cycle almost all the seniors got placed in reputable hospital. Mostly in Apollo Hospital, Delhi and Chennai, AIG Hospital, among others. Highest placement offered in the last placement cycle was of 9LPA to a MHA student and average placement is 5LPA. Around 90% students gets placed. Acter getting the degree I will sit for the College Placement Cycle and would aim to get placement at a reputable hospital with good amenities and salary and would also complete my MHA studies while working.
