Course Curriculum Overview

3

The carriculam is impressive .But it was very vast and tough. So completing a vast syllabus with limited time was difficult. More than that , the curriculum was more focused on theories. It will be better if it have more practical knowledge

Internships Opportunities

2

I don't have any knowledge about internship opportunities available in my college. But we have a chance to do internship in companies as part of our curriculum. But they didn't gave any stipend or scholarship. The internship was only fourteen days. The college will give attendance on those days

Placement Experience

4

The placement cell is active in the college. And the students will get the placement training from the first year itself. But more focused placement traing is provided to third and fourth year students. The eligibility of the studes are decided by the company itself. Infosys wipro byjus are the some of the companies that i have remembered

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee for each year(including 2 semesters) is 35000 rupees for merit seat, which is fixed in each year Other than tuition fees, there is caution fee which is 5000 rupees. At the time of registration there are many other fees including PTA fund, bus fee, placement fees etc. Together all of these almost 55000 rupees paid in first year. The tuition fee wii varry acornding to government, management, and NRI seats

Campus Life

4

My overall experience with campus life is goot but not the best . I like the college infrastructure. And there are some annual and technical festival which add colours to my college life. The range of books is impressive. But modt the students are not interested into reading books. Most of them preferred internet. Some of the clubs and groups are added fun and social impact in student life

Admission

Yes i get rejection from other colleges . The admission process of my college is based on kerala engineering entrance exam. The eligibility is based on the rank in the entrance. But we can get a management or nri seast here with out the entrance exam

Faculty

4

The faculties of my department was so nice and friendly. We have a tutor, who monitored all our academic activities very well. We have a guide from our department to help us in completing final year projects . Also the teachers are helped a lot to find a good topic for both project and seminar.

Night Life

1

Actually, there was no nightlife in college. Acornding to my knowledge there was no gym. And the cafeteras and library will close in every evening. The students are not allowed to ebter in college at night witout permission. There was no hostel for boys. Only girls have a college hostel which is closing at 6.00 pm

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
