Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chose this course as it is in high demand around the world which can provide me with more opportunities in the future and is also the best course for persuing higher education in the country or abroad. The curriculum included in the course definitely prepares for the real world applications as they are what needed for entering the future job market. The course subjects sometimes are difficult without proper faculty for the subject. Sometimes the exams feel rushed but sometimes not. But the exams can be cleared except some of the subjects which are core and difficult.

Internships Opportunities

3

The companies that came of placements is very less. Most of the password our students for their job after giving interviews outside of the college. Due to which it is difficult to get a job through campus placements. But the college allows for intership opportunities and provides with necessary attendance based on the conditions and situations.

Fees and Financial Aid

• I paid 82000 to 85000 per year • Scholarship available 35000 per year is paid by govt. ST students pay even less • Scholarship students pay 52000 per year • Scholarship can only be availed by students who wrote and got a merit rank in the all state UG exam.

Campus Life

4

Atleast 1 or 2 events are held per semester. Ikarus, Ignus, annual day, traditional day etc. some events are held with respect to festivals. The library is equipped with a lot of books related to all courses and extra knowledgeable books with a study hall. The sports and extra curricular activities are not that good. Sports is not up to the mark. There are clubs and social media pages run by students in which some of them prove really useful for the students for example there is DSA (Department of student affairs) which is run by a group of students who take care of events, clubs and other activities.

Admission

I had no choice to apply for this college as by the time I tried to apply for a college it was already late and admissions in other colleges were closed. I couldn't apply for other colleges due to my personal reasons due to which I got late for admission period and I had to join this college. The admission process is simple. You have to write a exam called EAMCET if your rank is within the acceptable range you are given admission and based on your rank you are given scholarships. There are also paid seats available for which you gave to pay a donation of certain amount for you to get a admission

Faculty

4

The faculty is not too good and not too bad at the same time. Some of them are good at teaching and approachable where as some are not and some of them can't be approached normally. The student faculty relation is good and can be improved. Rajendra prasad sir, Siddharth sir, Naveen sir, Maithili Ma'am, Rambabu sir are some of the best faculties who have good teaching skills, experienced and easily approachable. Rajyalaxmi ma'am is one of the faculty who nobody likes she has no knowledge of the subject she is teaching. 2 mid exams and 1 semester end exam per semester and the fail percentage depends on the difficulty of the subject.

Night Life

3

The college is situated in a rural area. There are no popular restaurants or anything near the college. There are some hangout spots where snacks are available. There are small gyms within 4km distance but farmhouses are more available. Hostels are abundant. College starts at 9:30 AM and closes at 4:30 PM. The locality is not safe especially for women. It's a place where road accidents occur too often. There are less people who live near the college which makes it not much safe. But the police station is very near to the college which is reassuring.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has regulations which is very comprehensive in covering the theoretical and fundamental concept or aspects of the engineering subjects. It includes strong core foundation in math, phy and very imp programming languages i.e core subjects. It has a guaranteed university recogniton like JNTUH. It should be improved in the teaching methords and conduct more workshops so that it'll be a practical experience for students to learn best. Jntu correction scheme is very strict.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

Placement Experience:

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is accurate and relevant as well. This helps the students to have good knowledge and grip on current scenarios, and it also helps to survive and get placement.Tge frequency of the exams is 45 or 50 days each. And it is not so difficult because the faculty teach in a proper and understandable way in which the students can understand and attempt the exams . Coming to teaching methods, every class is having a smart screen and projector as well for better understanding.
