Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is great as we are being taught the current syllabus which is used by the nurses worldwide. Everything is new and according to the demands thr a nurse has to put forward whole working in a hospital.

Fees and Financial Aid

So for the first year I've paid 1.51 lac and from 2nd year onwards I've to pay 83k. So total fees is 4 lac for four years and for clinicals and everything else like parties, fests etc. we've to pay seperately.

Campus Life

1

I have zero campus life as there is no campus to have a life for real. Then the infrastructure is so bad that it ends and starts at the same point. If I want to have a social life outside of college then the faculty members are having a problem in it. Totally it's like a jail in which we are living.

Admission

So I took admission in this college because the fees in this college was less as compared to other colleges. If I would have increased a little budget then maybe I would have not landed in this good for nothing college. This college has nothing no infrastructure, no campus, no great faculty members and not even proper water supply. The admission process was pretty simple I went to the college paid fees and then I was good to join the college.

Faculty

2

The faculty members are the worst because they literally have zero knowledge and nothing to offer in terms of studies. The course is entirely based and conducted by the RGUHS. The course is a full time course of 4 yers. Exams are conducted after every 6 months and we only have 2 subjects per semester. Marking scheme is not that tough it is kinda favourable towards the students.

Night Life

1

There is no night life in or around the college. If one tries to have one then the faculty members are there to intervene and stop them from having one. So if you are in acharya then you should get ready to live a life without any type of life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that made me choose this course : The course has strong clinic focus. It gives early ward postings and lab skill training. The mix of theory and clinical work made me choos it. The course gives hands-on skill in wards and lab. We learn case study, care plan and drug chart. It also improves our critical thinking skills during intervention. Areas to improve : More skill lab time can be added. More demo with new tech will help. More group talk snd case based learn can imrpove study. There are 2 internal exams each sem and one final exam. Exams are fair and needed daily study. They are not very hard if we prepare well.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are available, but they are average and not very high level. The college conducts campus placement for our course, mainly in hospitals and related healthcare sectors. Many students get placed through college, but package is usually basic or entry-level. It is good for starting career and gaining experience.
