Course Curriculum Overview

4

No one influence me to take this course. I am interested in software thats why i choose this course.Area of the college is at best i think because every necessary facilities available near college. Overall experience is good .

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 40000 total annual fees.Scholarship approved those who have minimum 70 percent.Fees will be returned if any student want to go permanently from college wothout any queries.Overall experience is good.

Campus Life

4

My overall experience is top notch. But college needs to improve and focus on social aspects. College need to improve sports section and needs to improve little time management. If college improves these i think college was best.

Admission

I choose this college because college is not far from my home and because of affordable fees of this course in compare of other colleges. Admissions process was too easy so clean no one can confuse and frustrated during admissions process

Faculty

4

Faculty is very friendly which help students to interact easily with them but some teachers behaviour is not acceptable.Girls and boys ratio is 7:3.Faculty more focus practical than theory which is good

Night Life

4

Hostel and campus open amd close timming is too short according to me they need to extend some time of opening and close. Near college every necessary facilities of student available.Area of college at night safe but need to focus on traffic and fast speed vehicles.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th or 5th semester. Deloitte , Bain & company, PWC ,EY, Grant Thornton (for consulting services) offer the highest package to roles like analyst and accountant. Other companies such as ICICI Bank, Kotak securities , Inshorts , Urban company,HUL, Wipro,ITC hotels , Appollo Hospital etc. the highest package recorded in 2024 was 23.05 LPA and average package as 6 LPA . 85-90% of the eligible students get the placement, the data might vary as some students opt for 4th year for their research work. My plans after getting the degree lie in marketing or consulting field.

College of Vocational Studies - [CVS], Bachelor of Vocational Studies [B.Voc.] (Human Resource Management)
Reviewed on Aug 16, 2024(Enrolled 2023)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm pursuing Human resource management and as I have mentioned before CVS is the only college providing vocational courses. The reason I chose this course is it is skill based and also i wanted to have a career in HR field. The comprehensiveness and understanding of this subject is quite good, it covers topic that one studies in his or her MBA. Their are areas that need to be improved like practical applicability of the subjects that we are taught, the college should take initiatives to let students use the learnings in a real world scenario by providing them internships or by taking them to corporate visits. The exams are conducted semester wise and their difficultly level is moderate. The exam timings for vocational courses is 2:30-5:30 p.m

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good, Placement cell regularly organizes placement drives, and companies like ktmg, amazon, TCS are invited for the drive. A large population of students sitting for the placement drive get placed with a good package. Students can sit for internships in the second year. The highest package made in my course was 7 lakh per annum. About 93% percent of the students get placed.
