GLA University review

GLA is good for placements and just do whatever the faculty asked to you. Faculty teaches everything that is in the syllabus. But GLA is not like a college, it's like a school. There is fixed timing and fixed number of lectures like schools. But overall it's good.

Course curriculum is designed in such a way that you will be able to go anywhere on the basis that you have learnt in the GLA. Course curriculum includes all the GATE subjects and many others also. Exam is conducted 3 times in a semester.

If you are taking admission in GLA for B.Tech in CSE branch, then don't worry about your placement. You will be definitely got placed. Yes, college also provides the internship. Right now , I am in 4th year and I am doing internship having stipend of 15k.

GLA organized many events. But the two events which are organized by GLA are huge events. These two are SRIJAN and MAITREE. These two events are multi college events. And apart from these two, there are also many events of chess, cricket, dance, fashion etc

According to current scenario, fees structure of GLA is very feasible, if we talk about only private colleges and universities. I think that fees structure in GLA university is designed in very efficient manner.

Yes, GLA provides scholarship for the meritorious students. If you have above 90 percent in PCM in 12th, then you will get scholarship of 33k every year. Actually, about loan facilities, I don't have any information.

Yes of course, like almost all colleges and universities, there is also many extracurricular activities in GLA that you can do in leisure time. GLA has separate grounds and space for each sport. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, tennis, volleyball, football, basketball etc.

Yes, I have opted for hostel. There are two types of hostel in GLA , AC hostels and non-AC hostels. I opted for non-AC hostels. The infrastructure of hostels is very good according to hostel fees. There is a gym in each hostel ; indoor games and tv in common room.

Yes, the 2nd most important thing that is good in GLA. GLA has a very huge alumni network which is spread all over the world. On monthly basis, alumnis come in GLA for the interaction with the students. Yes, seniors are also helpful.

There is a office of GLA University mathura in my city. I went there and got all the details of the GLA. Then I gave a entrance test which held in the city office and I got selected. Then I visited GLA after one week and chose the room location in the hostel and finally booked the room.

GLA appoints very qualitative and intelligent faculties. Minimum criteria for the faculties of B.Tech is M.Tech. Mostly faculties have a good nature and they are also very supportive. Even some faculties provide the extra time for doubt session.
