Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was nice they had more exposure towards research towards placements towards internships and having practical exposure the exam frequency is we have mid and semester so it is absolutely absolutely fine not a border but there are lesser holidays which makes it monotonous for us
Internships Opportunities
Oncologist usually gives us an opportunity for internships plus they also have compulsory internships in the second year so that is a great opportunity for us and they also have collaboration with with a few hospitals so I think that is going to be a great opportunity for us
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee for all 4 semesters is 4,40,000, we have 4 semester, there was mo category fee as such but we received 10 percent wave off for female students. There are scholarships but related to sports and other domains participating I did not ahve any.
Campus Life
The campus is a little small the college environment is okay it is a little difficult to adjust since people are not very polite and humble but every time you just end up adjusting into that environment rest teachers are very helpful and very supportive to make you adjust and a adapt the new environment
Admission
I applied to colleges of Delhi University Christ Amity out of which I cleared Christ and Amity but since the academic curriculum was better of IILM and I had heard more about IILM in particularly for Psychology since the vice chancellor is also related from the Psychology fields it was better for us to focus on making Di College more of her psychology College
Faculty
we have 4 to 5 subjects per semester for example in first semester we had 4 to 5 subjects maximum and the latest semester the subjects keep on getting added the syllabus include subjects like lifespan development personality cognition practical and communication and social skills etc, we have till now we have had three written exams and two practical exams where we have exams for 60 marks and 40 marks is mid semester so total overall it is hundred marks for each semester and order which we have to pass 40% in both in both mid as well as the final exam
Interview Experience
Yes I did have a personal interview where I was asked several questions and the interview was for almost 1520 minutes where I had a faculty member from psychology department and we had given an interview and after that we had got a results I did not practice for anything particularly but since I was studying what I had to give the interview about it was pretty easy for me to be in touch
Night Life
I am not really sure about the nightlife since I don't stay in the hostel but pretty well seeing the conversations and listening to the conversations of my friends who stay inside so it's pretty decent and they do not have restrictions as such of going out and not being inside the hostel it's just the parents permission that is required so it is fair enough
